I arrived a day early for our timeshare getaway. There was no room for us that evening, so by chance we got a room at the Hampton Inn. We were greeted with freshly made cookies, which were very tasty. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast, to my surprise, was not just a carb-fest. There were good protein options, and I left feeling very satisfied. There was no availability for late checkout, but they permitted us to stay until 11:30 am. I would confidently recommend Hampton Inn for someone looking for a good value and great experience.

The housekeeping staff and evening desk attendant were courteous and good-natured, performing their duties with grace. The accomodations were adequate. The manager was either off-site, or upon return, hostile. I would not return.

Upon arrival the person at Front Desk seemed bothered rather than usual welcoming attitude from a Hilton facility. Our Room smelled like mold & mildew. When I called to complain to Hilton Customer Service they offered to move us to another facility, so we decided to stay a 2nd night at another facility. We were already unpacked so stayed 1st night here. I figured they were giving us a slight discount on either 1st or 2nd facility, but that did not happen. 2nd facility was nice. My husband now wants to go back to Marriott Bonvoy for our next trip as their facility in Aberdeen NC was really nice. We intend to do these driving trips up the east coast a few times a year. Stayed this time at 4 Hiltons & 1 Marriott. Will rethink hotels next trip.

For work I have basically lived in Hampton inns. I have spent weeks with great and semi ok staff. I have lived on their breakfasts. For this one ,the room was clean and well stocked with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was typical of hiltons but a little on the dry side. The desk help was very nice but the person serving the coffee was miserable. I was at the end of the coffee and she brought out the new pot. I thanked her and she gave me a look like leave me alone. Miserable not a good representative. It was very hot so I thought I would sit by the pool but I was so close to the airport my watch said I might injure my hearing. So if you only have to deal with the desk staff and don’t need to go outside for the pool, use this facility.

Homely and friendly hotel. Front desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help in any way. The room was comfortable, as was the bed and pillows. A/C was quiet. When at the pool the airplane traffic was very loud, however, the room was very quiet except for guests making noise in the hall. Breakfast was always very tasty and plentiful. Pool area is nice…accommodates many guests. My only recommendation would be to request the second floor to avoid being disturbed by the upstairs guest.
