"Amazing time"

An amazing stay, the accommodations were clean and well kept and everything looked wonderful. Above all Daniel at the front desk is a superstar, he got us checked in and gave us some amazing recommendations, we had never been to Asheville before and we came up for our anniversary, his recommendations were amazing and made our whole trip even better!

Having stayed here for 4 nights, I received warm, friendly and efficient service, from the front desk people, to the breakfast and their workers, even the housekeeping were friendly. Convenient location to many things (if driving). The room was clean as was the bed and bathroom. Very nice stay there.

This hotel was great!! The room, the hallways, and the lobby smelled so good-very fresh and clean. Our room was spotless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that the kids and I didn’t even make it down to breakfast, but my husband said it was delicious-eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, toast, fruit, waffles, muffins, etc. Every staff member we encountered from Ryan at the front desk to housekeeping to a maintenance person in the lobby was very friendly. The blackout shade in the room and the blissfully cool setting on the a/c made for the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Tunnel Road. We had an easy check in and Hilton Honors Welcome from Karin Fox & follow up from Ryan. We had a comfortable King room that was clean. A great breakfast. A terrific pool and whirlpool, Plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants in the area. Easy check out. We will be back if in the area,
