"Amazing"

I was there with several groups the first week of December and the staff was amazing. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They made everyone feel welcome. The luggage handlers were quick and efficient. Frank at the front desk was fabulous, most helpful all week and always smiling. He went above and beyond to help. Jessica was terrific. Hayley was great. Ryan passed out cookies and cider and warmly greeted everyone. It was a pleasure to meet Lori as well. The place was super clean, breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of jot and cold items. The entire staff was top notch. Looking forward to my next stay.

With a bus trip from Wildwood, New Jersey. We had such a good time. All the staff were amazing. Special shout outs to Frank and Ryan and Jessica. You guys made my day extra special.

"Hampton Inn - Asheville Tunnel Rd"

My daughter and I stayed at the Hampton Inn because they are dog-friendly. We had a nice stay and an okay breakfast (I just don't like the frozen eggs). You will have to walk a bit to get to the doggy relief areas. We had to be careful at night because of the bears; however, we did not see any. There is a Carrabba's behind the hotel, and it is within walking distance; it was very good. The hotel is very close to downtown Asheville. You have to drive up a pretty steep hill, so keep that in mind if you go in the winter. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

"Nice hotel"

This was a nice hotel, and the staff was very friendly. My biggest complaint was that the hotel only had one functioning elevator, and of course, my room was literally the farthest room from the elevator and I was in a walking boot for a foot injury. The hotel’s parking lot is a steep hill, so I would definitely recommend pulling your car up to the front entrance of the hotel for loading and unloading of luggage, as well as any fellow travelers who have mobility issues/elderly/children/etc. I would stay here in the future, even with the elevator problems they had going on while I was there.

Always a great experience. The staff are kind and attentive. Breakfast is delicious. Location is perfect with great access to downtown, mall, restaurants and major highways. Thank you.
