The property had undergone a complete renovation prior to COVID-19 and all guest rooms and public space areas were newly remodeled. Landscaping was replaced to reflect a Floridian atmosphere and the pool area was completed refurbished to help make your stay relaxing and enjoyable!

To help keep you fit while on the road, the hotel offers a fitness center with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and an Olympic-style outdoor swimming pool. The newly appointed rooms offer comfortable amenities including a smoke-free environment, new bedding, remodeled bath areas, mini-fridges, microwaves, free WiFi, hairdryers, in-room safes, activity table and chairs, and much more.

When you are hungry for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, the hotel is in close proximity to a multitude of restaurants that will satisfy everyone’s appetite. The Front Desk staff will be happy to provide you with a map that indicates many of the establishments that are within a one-mile radius.

AMENITY FEE: The Hotel does have a mandatory $17 Amenity Fee plus tax charged nightly. This Amenity Fee will be discounted to $10 plus tax per night for all Tripster Bookings. This fee will be collected from the guest upon check-in unless notified otherwise.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are not offered on a daily basis at the Grand Hotel. Guestroom cleaning service is performed on the 3rd day of guests staying longer than 3 nights and every 3rd day thereafter until check-out. After Check-out the guest room will be cleaned and sanitized for the next occupant. Guest requiring Towel Refresh on unscheduled housekeeping service days may call the Front Desk and request Clean Towels. Someone will come to the room to leave clean towels and take out the dirty ones.
