our yearly getaway to shop and view Christmas lights . 3 hour drive from my home so we were able to carry my disabled sister with us and visit Dollywood .

horrible. go somewhere else. thin walls. dirty walls and no water pressure. Heater/AC rattled all night. Could here everything going down the road. Bedding was super thin. Was pushed hard to go through a timeshare spill. Had to unplug phone in run, so they wouldn't call all the time.

We prefer staying on ground level due to age and physical abilities. Mattresses should be turned around between each stay.

Read all the room amenities before booking . We thought our 2 bedroom 2 bath would come with a washer/ dryer. Some units have them but not all.

Check in was quick. 5 min. We stayed in a 2 bedroom premium. Small kitchen with full appliances and large living room/dining room space. Balcony was roomy with entrance from living room and master bedroom. Big bathroom in master, tub shower combo, two sinks, toilet and place to sit. Plenty of room to walk in master bedroom but small closets. Extra bedroom had full size bed and it's own bathroom. Only downfalls were: not many pots and pans to work with, oven set off smoke alarm and tile floors were very dirty. Bring a swiffer mop to clean kitchen, dining and bathroom floors. Took me 4 pads. Other than that, the stay was great. Would stay again.
