Guests will be five minutes' drive from historic Old Town Key West and two miles from Duval Street. A flat-screen cable TV, microwave, and small refrigerator are featured in all rooms. Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Key West rooms are decorated in vibrant colors and include coffee-making facilities. Select rooms have private balconies. Guests can relax on the large sun terrace beside the pool or use cardio equipment and free-weights in the fitness center. A concierge service as well as on-site scooter and bicycle hire are offered as well. The poolside tiki bar offers frozen drinks, cocktails, and light snacks.

Smathers Beach is within two miles from the property. Guests will also be two miles from Key West Airport and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park.

This is a nice property with spacious rooms for Key west. King room was comfortable with plenty of storage. Fridge and microwave worked well. Seemed pretty clean. The pool is set up to be a higher end resort yet it lacks any treatment or maintenance or service. It was pretty dirty most of our stay (4 days) Not terrible, but not clean either. When I mentioned it to the front desk , a guy came out and skimmed. A few leaves off the top for about 10 minutes. The tiles look like they hadn’t been scrubbed all year. The filter drains on most of the shelve were plugged with a mix of paper and foliage. The pavers around the pool are pretty nice, but there is so much stuff that dropped from the trees that you can’t walk Barefoot. They really need someone a couple hours a day cleaning up. The fountains in the pool help keep the pool from becoming too warm. Breakfast was pretty good, what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. The location and amenities also good. We use the shuttle several times. If you tip the driver appropriately it’s only a few dollars cheaper than Lyft. Overall, we had a good Stay. One tip would be if you want your room cleaned by the maid service. Ask for it when you check in.

This place is nothing like the pictures. We had to switch rooms because there was significant ceiling damage and gobs of dust. Next room wasn’t much better but I was too tired. Sink cracked and one of the shower doors didn’t work. Water pressure was minimal. Beds are hard and make noise every time you move. Not worth the $$$ at all. We left after 1 night. Staff didn’t seem to care. Added a few pictures

Finally catching up on my reviews! Was in a great location, friendly staff, great rooms. Would stay again....Key West is the best! You must go to Duvall Street and Blue Heaven Restaurant for excellent dining. Loved my stay and would go back for sure

This is the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. It is nowhere near Marriott standards. I read other reviews about the rooms and black mold issues. I thought it can't be that bad. It was. The room needs a complete overhaul as does the whole hotel. A health inspector should inspect the rooms, and a secret overnighter from Marriott corporate should do an undercover stay.
