Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Key West rooms are decorated in vibrant colors and include coffee-making facilities. Select rooms have private balconies. Guests can relax on the large sun terrace beside the pool or use cardio equipment and free-weights in the fitness center. A concierge service as well as on-site scooter and bicycle hire are offered as well. The poolside tiki bar offers frozen drinks, cocktails, and light snacks.

For the price - not a good experience - pictures deceiving - rooms and bathrooms very small. Seems old and outdated. Like Marriott bought a comfort inn or something and slapped the marriott name on it and charge 4 times the price. Our door hard such large gaps are n it, you could see light coming in all around it. Hot items at breakfast awful - weird fake scrambled eggs and weird microwaved sausage. The bananas must have been frozen or something - green but mushy. The only thing nice is the pool. They told me that the concierge would be there at 8:30a to get trolley tickets - when I showed up at 8:45a, they said well she’s not here yet - you can wait to see if she is here in a few minutes, but if she doesn’t show up, you can go online. Feel completely disgusted that I spent this much money on this room. Should have spent another $100-200 a night to stay somewhere else.

Room was facing Roosevelt street and noisy. Air conditioning was loud. Bathroom had 2 bottles of shampoo and no body wash. Ice machine broken. The hotel is outdated. positive things: front desk ladies , men, were nice. Close to Key West airport about 2 miles, same for walking to downtown Key West.

I wish I could give zero stars. There is a MAJOR black mold issue. I could barely breathe throughout the entire hotel. When we told the front desk attendant our problem he said “yeah” and admitted to the mold. Pictures do not look ANYTHING like the hotel. Also area is not safe!

After reading the reviews, I was really afraid to stay at this hotel. However, I found check-in to be quick, the pool and bar area to be really nice and the beds to be comfortable. The shuttle to Duval and the beach were the best feature of the hotel. We used it daily. The rooms were dated, but we found them to be clean. We did have an issue on the first night getting into our room as the card reader's battery went dead. The front desk called maintenance and the gentleman was there quickly to resolve the issue. Breakfast was "ok". There were lots of options, but since I am gluten intolerant, it was a little bit harder for me to find something to eat. Overall, this is a decent place to stay. We did not plan on spending much time in our rooms, so overall, our experience at this hotel was decent.

Disappointed in Marriot. Fan in room was filthy. Pictures very misleading. On highway which was very noisy. Balcony which was extra money was shared and for didn't lock normally. Very strange inn. Won't recommend this inn although the shuttle to town was great.
