Every kitchen at Extended Stay America - Los Angeles is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and a fridge. The hotel also provides guests with laundry and ironing facilities, as well as upgraded bedding with extra pillows. Guests can enjoy a free grab-and-go breakfast every morning. Breakfast includes breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee, and tea. Weekly housekeeping services are also provided for free and daily services are available for a fee. Towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Pet Policy: Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+ tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable on the first night of your stay and are charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 + tax in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets require the property manager’s approval.

Parking: Complimentary self-parking spaces are provided for guests.

I have been here over a year The manager Bobby has been great since he has been here. Yet he has gone above and beyond this past month. He is making sure everything is going well and everything thing is functioning in my room. The GM we had a year ago was horrible you would tell him a problem but it wouldn't get fixed

Elevators are touch and go, one seems to always be broken and permits expired 2 months ago. Rooms are large but far from clean and well kept. Tub and shower war painted and most of the paint is pealing off. No house keeping unless you pay extra. A/c works so far.

Walking from the bathroom to the bedroom area our feet would be black. Grab and go breakfast was barely that. No sound of a banana or an apple or an orange . There are no amenities in the room besides two small bars of soap and thread-bare worn out towels. The ironing board had no cover just the wire mesh. We were there for a funeral so this was an issue. If you wanted a coffee cup, a coffee pot, a shampoo, or a spoon you had to go and get it from the front desk. The front desk staff was friendly when they were there, but the problem is they’re not there often. And not at all between the hours of 11 and 7 AM. The first morning when we realized we had to go down to ask for shampoo, the shampoo is not available until after 7:30. The drawers were peeling paint chips that you had to get off your clothes. If you unpacked, the grunge around the stove was disgusting and the microwave was rusting. It would definitely have been worth spending the extra money to have a decent breakfast and the things you need in your room. They did fix the elevator while we were there, but at one point one was completely out of service and the other…a member of maintenance staff warned us we were getting on at our own risk. The hot water was instant and plentiful. The air conditioner worked well. And the refrigerator cooled quickly.

So many things off in this place. First, no house keeping. You want a clean room you need to clean it yourself. You need to to bring your own shampoo and conditioner because you don’t get any here. Also, bring a hair dryer if you will need one because the room doesn’t have one. The locking latch on the door was missing screws. The top part of the shower wall is loaded with mold. The fridge was filthy. Place is old and not taken care of. The elevator is very loud and squeaky it seems like it is on its last days. Employees are rude and treat you as if they are doing you a favor when asking for stuff. Do your self a favor and stay someplace else. Trust me, you will regret staying in this place.
