    • Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in. Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in. Reservations for dining and spa must be made directly with the Encore Club after confirming your vacation home reservation. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government-issued ID at check in. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit, there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on-site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.

    Day before and of arrival: advised that heater to pool was not functional, home itself came with lots of damage — really beyond disclosing everything with major concerns that we could be held responsible. Bugs in master bath tub. Then a very strange relationship between the encore resort, HOA, and parking security became clear. It seems they target towing high end cars for minor violations (parking a foot over side walk) with in 2 hours (only a sticker on your car while you may be out of the house, no calls/emails) and also after seeing many other cars parked with more serious violations NOT get towed for days. We had even spoken with parking security the night before and been told we had no issues. Now left with zero car seats for our children. Encore, top villas, and parking security all pointing fingers at each other with no real customer service.

    Great service from Sarai after we had some problems at the start of the holidays. Keypad wouldn’t work and the house was dirty so Sarai quickly moved us to another house which was superb. She really looked after us for the whole holiday and whilst there were some issues with the house , her response as was absolutely first class

    🇬🇧 My family and l stayed at Encore Resort at Reunion for two weeks, this was from 4th -18th September 2025. We was meet by Max, one of the gust managers who went over and above to accommodate us on a very sort notice as we was let down by an agent with another property..The villa we was out standing, highly decorated with six bedroom with six en suite’s and our own pool, which accommodated my family and l tremendously. We were given free full access to the waterpark and other facilities like the gym, breakfast in the mornings and transportations to all Walt Disney parks. The service we received from all the receptionist desk staff was fantasti they was so friendly however, above all Max gave us excellent customer service which was absolutely phenomenal with high standards. He made sure he accommodated us with 100% satisfaction, making this one of the best holidays we have had in Florida so far. My family and l would like to say a huge thank you to Max, you was brilliant, we are all ecstatic to the point that we will be definitely going to be staying at Encore Resort at Reunion on our next trip to Orlando in September 2026.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU VALUE RELAXING ON YOUR VACATION!! Management does nothing to enforce their own “rules”. The streets have no parking signs posted- the streets are fully lined with vehicles. They do not enforce quiet time after 10pm. It is 12:30am and there has been music BLARING from 304 Southfield for HOURS. Security does not answer the phone. The front desk tells us to call the police to “help them” get the noise under control. There are hundreds of people standing in the middle of the streets blocking vehicles from driving- good luck getting back to the you paid $3500 to rent for a week! There are 50+ teens on golf carts driving and swerving at people. They don’t move for vehicles. People on scooters cutting through yards, sidewalks, driving in front of vehicles. Absolute nightmare here. Don’t spend your money here!!

    Does the resort charge a resort fee?

    Yes. A nightly resort fee of $40 plus tax per home is charged.     Do all homes have a private pool and spa? Is there an additional cost for heating?

    All homes do have a private pool. Not all homes have a spa, although the resort is able to put in a request for a private spa. Pool heat is available for an additional nightly fee of $40 from May through October, and $60 from November through April. Fees may change and are subject to applicable taxes.

    Are there ADA-compliant homes?

    Yes, the resort offers some homes that include roll-in showers, lights, ground-floor bedrooms, and ramps. Resort pools also offer chair lifts and all public areas are ADA-accessible. Please notify the resort directly or make a note of this when making reservations.

    Is parking free?

    Complimentary self-parking is available throughout the resort, although parking on the street is not permitted. Additional overflow parking is located in the Westside, Eastside, and at the Clubhouse.

    How far is Encore Reunion Resort from Orlando's major attractions?

    The resort is located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. Complimentary shuttles to theme parks are offered on schedule. Reservations are required and can be confirmed with the Concierge. Shuttle service to Orlando International Airport is also available for an additional charge.

    Does the resort have accessible homes and amenities?

    Yes. The resort offers some homes that include roll-in showers, lights, ground floor bedrooms, and ramps. Resort pools also offer chair lifts and all public areas are ADA-accessible.
