Encore Resort at Reunion - Luxury Vacation Homes in Florida

Customer service is poor. Never staying there again. Save your money. Made reservations over a month ago and the house was available when I arrived.

We stayed at Encore in August 2025. We booked the holiday through Virgin and the property was managed by Jeeves. Virgin- There was an issue with my check in, but Virgin were quick to resolve. As always with Virgin, you know what you are getting. Quality service and a high quality villa. Jeeves- Jeeves were absolutely fantastic. They are quick to help and made me feel reassured that any issues would be dealt with quickly (other than my issue with check in, I had no other issues) The resort- The resort is beautiful. It is well kept, the resort staff are brilliant. Check in desk, ladies working at the pool, staff on the gated entrance, were all brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed at 212 Burma Street. The villa was huge and the pool was very big. We stayed in a six bedroom villa. The hot tub was heated to 102degrees f, which was a little too hot at times, but perfect in the morning and late at night. The villa was clean and we saw zero cockroaches all holiday! Played, cutlery etc were provided so it was a home from home and after a visit to Walmart (10 mins drive down the road) we lived like a Floridian for two weeks. We are not park goers so went to Florida for the other attractions, NASA (brilliant) Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, the Malls, so went tended to be in the villa for most of the holiday. It was very quiet. We had no neighbours either side and only one neighbour behind us, and even then, it was only for three days. The resort felt very safe and we did not experience any noise issues as some other reviews have stated. The bins were emptied everyday. I took the bins out to the wheels bins every night, (left the wheely bin down the side of the house) and the bags were not there the next day. Excellent! I could write more about the villa and the resort but there is too much to say. If you are reading this and undecided to book or not, I would say DO IT! The water park was fun, the drinks were well made (although slightly expensive), the gym was good and wel air conditioned, every staff member we came across was professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is close enough to Disney that you can sometimes hear the fireworks (not loud enough to stop you sleeping) All in all, it was perfect and the resort is amazing.

I had an exceptional experience at Encore, thanks to the amazing team of Sarai, Liz, and Carla. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our family visit truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and friendly staff. I'll definitely be returning! They simply amazing

Family holiday. Nice villa, no complaints there. Problem was our neighbours.. Beside us and across the street. House party on the Friday.. cars hitting their rev limiters at 3am. Sat night similar.. nightmare. 5pm kids in the pool... all we can smell is weed from next door.. kids brought in. Again, party all night.. Not a wholesome family vacation spot.. It's gone right downhill since we last stayed here in 2019.
