This is a nice hotel. I have stayed here multiple times when I stop in Orange County. It’s an older hotel but it is very well kept up. It has clearly been remodeled relatively recently. They have a great free breakfast, it’s well above what I normally see traveling. The food is fresh and the guy making the omlettes does a great job. Val, one of the breakfast table attendants is so nice, she really takes her job seriously. It’s obvious if you look closely, the cleanliness of the breakfast area is really good. Zeb was wandering around getting feedback on Sunday morning and he was a wealth of knowledge about local restaurants.

Zeb was wonderful, was able to talk about some of the great deals Hilton offers! I was here for training and was greatly taken care of by the staff at the front reception desk but also at the restaurant Vibrante! Always had a smile on their face and would remember me since I was there for four weeks straight for training! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We came to Irvine for our grandsons high school graduation. We stayed June 4-9, 2025. I love the style of the Embassy Suites hotels. But the carpet needs replacing with some other flooring. The hotel need some remodeling, the furniture is old. The bathroom was fine. We had breakfast each morning. Breakfast was fine, however the meat choice was link sausage all 5 days, I feel you can do better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The staff and cleaning crew were excellent.

I had a great talk with Zeb in the lobby. He was very nice and informative and represented the brand well. The hotel was very nice and clean. Happy hour was very nice as usual. Thank you very much for being such a great brand and always keeping a nice facility.
