We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Irvine, CA and had the best hotel stay we've had in a while. We checked in late and were tired, but Alyssa at the front desk completely turned our mood around. She greeted us with a big smile, cracked a few jokes and actually took a moment to talk with us instead of just rushing through check in. That kind of personal touch makes all the difference. The rooms were good, but Alyssa is what made our stay stand out. Because of her, I'd come back here again without a thought.
