This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in years! The rooms are dated, but worse than that, inconsistent hot water and absolutely no air conditioning. That's right, I get into the room and the thermostat says it's 75°. After turning the air conditioner all the way down, leaving for an evening appointment, and then coming back... The temperature had not gone down at all! I called maintenance and they sent someone up. Theoretically they worked on the air conditioner, but for the remainder of the stay, the room never got below 73°! Try getting a good night's sleep over multiple nights when it's that hot in the room. But they brought me a box fan! That was their proposed solution. Because of the short nights, I continued to message the hotel, but did not ask for maintenance to come back another time. Just needed what little sleep I got. The hotel did comp one of the nights, but that doesn't make it any less of an abysmal experience. Absolutely will not be back to this property and certainly expect far more from an Embassy Suites and a Hilton!

Originally when checked in online we had a 1st floor room. Upon check in given a second story room. Entering room it was cold. Adjusted thermostat, still blowing cold air, so turned off thermostat. Next morning called desk and explained problem. When we returned, it was 85 degrees and water was dripping from ceiling vent access panel. This time only blowing hot air, adjusted the thermostat, still only hot air. It was late so I put down a towel and again turned off thermostat. Next day called desk, returned, drip fixed but only blowing hot air. Turned off thermostat and fortunately it was temperate outside and were able to open patio door to cool down. Spent 4 nights in a $400 plus a night hotel suite with these issues. Also housekeeping left us no restock of coffee, water or cups. We left $25 tip to boot. Will not return to this hotel next year for baseball spring training.

Too many quality issues to write here! Two of the three elevators out of service on 2 of 3 days (and we were on 4th floor and over 100 yards from main elevator.) So run down that cleaning will never make up for the corrosion and wood rot in room. Front desk staff was a wide range of helpless and helpful. Never will stay again.

Great location. Love the breakfast and happy hour. Rooms are clean and can get anything you need by just asking. One thing I might suggest is checking the mattresses on the fold out couch. We have always enjoyed our stay here. Thank you enjoyed
