Fun resort. Lots of fun activities for kids. Pools are very nice. The staff is amazing and very attentive to detail. I like that they monitor pool access and hand out towels. You don’t have to search for towels. The food trucks next to pool were nice. You can order food on phone and the bring to your umbrella

We always stay at this property when we visit the area and it never disappoints. The amenities are numerous and it always is well maintained. They have always been customer obsessed in our experience. For example, two years ago we had a leaky bathroom faucet and it was fixed within 90 minutes. On our recent stay, just today, we had another issue, specifically my wife is now in a wheelchair with back and neck issues and all of entrances have rough pavers from the parking lot to the entry door - which are beautiful, but too jarring in a wheelchair with my wife. The front desk immediately grasped the issue and involved several staff as the brainstormed how they could help. One of the staff, Wayne Palmero placed multiple outdoor carpets to cushion the ride and it worked. Kudos to the staff as they could have easily just apologized and left us without a solution. By the way, this happened with a wedding reception in process and nearly full hotel.

Wonderful resort! We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was well equipped with everything we needed! The walk-in rainfall shower was a highlight. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough each day. Grounds were well-kept and there was a ton of stuff for kids to do, games, pools, etc. we loved the onsite food/ice cream/bar trucks. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Lots of stuff to do in the area for kids and adults alike. Will be back if ever in the Lancaster area again!

Can’t recommend enough. Perfect for families. We got a one bedroom premier suite overlooking the atrium. It was clean and roomy and perfect for our needs. Our 3 year old loved the pools and splash pad area outside. The grounds were beautiful. Hotel was convenient to everything and we had an easy check in and check out process during our stay.

The pool amenities were amazing and well kept. Quiet and peaceful on the adults only floor we stayed on. And the staff was incredibly informative and friendly. Only thing we noticed was the room temp did not get as cool as we would have liked. Kept it set at the lowest temp of 65 and the thermostat only ever read 74-75 degrees. Might have just been our room, but the one thing we would have changed. But overall, a great stay! Would definitely return!
