"Eden Yes!"

Impeccably clean, updated, and well maintained. The outdoor pool area is amazing. Lots of seating at the pool and the pool landscaping is beautiful, felt like we were in SC vs PA so it's definitely worthy of the Eden name. We stayed in an adults only room/floor. The back pool was nicely separated from the children's splash area and therefore we felt relaxed while people with kids were able to have their fun at a different pool. There are two pools and a splash pad outside. I would definitely return to this establishment. About 20 minutes drive from Amish shopping, restaurants, and activities.

I absolutely adored this hotel/resort. It was perhaps the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The food was truly delcious. The pool water was heated. The kids loved the indoor pool, outdoor pool and high-quality playground. The staff was lovely. 10/10.

The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. The night we got here, there was a high school prom and the second night, a wedding. So, very busy atmosphere. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed on the adults only floor. The body shower is very nice but room was a bit cramped. Daily cleaning service is a nice touch! We went down to the Bistro the first night and walked out. The server was rude and unfamiliar with her menu. The bar and breakfast buffet were great experiences. (some options were undercooked and under-filled but were attended to when we mentioned them) Check-in and check-out were easy processes. We did visit the indoor poor, hot tub and dry sauna- all clean and well-kept. We witnessed staff deal with “Karen” moms when their kids did not adhere to the 18+ rules for whirlpool use.

"Black Mold - avoid at all costs."

Black mold. ALL over both bedroom ceilings, bathroom ceilings and inside the shower. We reported it to the front desk after my entire family got sick the first night (sneezing, coughing, headaches). They came up and painted over some of it, but did a total half ass job. I contacted the front desk again, no answer. I emailed multiple times after we left to customer service. Again, no response. Not worth your family getting sick over!!! Health hazard!!

"I won't be returning!!"

I have stayed at the Eden Resort multiple times over the last couple of decades. It was my favorite hotel in the area, until this most recent visit. During this visit, I was entering one of the elevators and the doors closed on my arms, causing bruising and soreness to both arms. This incident happened despite the fact that someone already in the elevator was holding the doors open for me. I was shaken and immediately reported the incident to the front desk. The woman at the desk was kind and offered to take me to urgent care. I declined since nothing was broken. My request was to have my room compensated due to the incident. I was told that the hotel doesn't do this, despite their 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. This was referred to their insurance agency who found that they had no liability because there was nothing wrong with the elevator. I will not be returning to this hotel. I had previously told all of my friends to go to this hotel when they were going to the area. This practice will stop as well. My action was walking into an elevator to go to dinner. The hotel takes no responsibility for the fact that I was injured while on their property. There are many other options in the area and I will look elsewhere in the future!!
