Location! Location! Location! The Dutton Inn is located on Hwy 76 right behind The Dutton Family Theater, by White Water with access to the Yellow Route which is a traffic relief route designed to get you around the traffic.

Choose from firm or pillow top mattresses, where you can kick back and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Bathrooms have granite countertops and all rooms have mini-fridge and microwave.

Lobby Hours:
Monday- Sunday: 7:00 am- 7:00 pm
Night Clerk will be on site after hours for emergencies.

"Excellent Stay!"

With the amount of options for places to stay in Branson, it’s almost overwhelming to find one that you like and has good reviews so we were happy we found this one. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, pancakes with syrup, a waffle maker, and other items like cereal, bagels, yogurt, and oatmeal. As you can tell, we really enjoyed the breakfast! It’s also not directly on 76, it’s set back a bit from the strip, so it’s quieter. Very good experience!

Great place to stay. Just off the strip, right behind the Dutton theater, easy access to the strip or the yellow route. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a Very friendly staff. Room price includes a great hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Dutton Inn. The Staff was very friendly. The rooms were great. Our beds were very comfy and the pillows were fluffy. We enjoyed our hot breakfast each morning.. we will definitely plan on staying there again on our next visit to Branson

The Dutton inn was one of the best places we have stayed at. The rooms were very cleaned and well maintained, in fact, try had people cleaning the outside walls. I was very impressed with the staff all of them were very friendly and went the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

My hotel room was very clean and quiet. Everything was in great working condition. The lady who served breakfast named Shirley is a wonderful woman. She was very cheery, and so friendly. She deserves much praise for her warm attention to guests.
