"Great service at this hotel"

I’m a regular at this hotel - rooms are great and every one is a suite so it’s good to be able to have a separate place to work from. The real attraction are the staff - always friendly and welcoming. Particular shout out to Anthony in the Bistro who always remembers me, knows what I like and is always courteous. That’s what brings me back here.

Made to order breakfast was exactly the way I asked for it. Great service on multiple refills of coffee and water. A bit pricey but this is a hotel so it's to be expected. Nothing over the top. Very happy with this restaurant and will continue to eat here when staying at this hotel in Phoenix.

Hotel was nice. I was upgraded upon arrival. Front desk promptly explained The airport shuttle prices and signed me up. Restaurant had a diverse menu. Anthony was my server, he was very attentive throughout the meal. Food was prepared and bright out very quickly. I had the chicken quesadillas, bread pudding and red blend (they gave me a small sample because sometimes reds can be hit or miss). Next time I have an early flight out of Phoenix I’ll be staying here.

"Nothing is close in the hotel (or working)"

The front desk staff was wonderful at check in so I’ll give them that. The elevators closest to my room went so slow that I will take the stairs (if I can find them). Neither ice machine on my floor was working, and staff admitted they knew they were not functioning. So back to the unbelievably slow elevator to go to another floor. Hilton key cards in the app do not work for pool or exterior gates so you’ll still need to carry a key card. Parking is extra but I have no idea how much.
