Parking Information: Self-parking is available at the hotel for $25 per night, per vehicle for guests at the hotel.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome up to 2 (dogs/cats only) per room. A non-refundable fee of $75 for up to 4 nights, $125 for 5 nights or more is due upon arrival. The room in my suite is nice and clean. The towels smell fresh and soft. My little girl loves it. The restaurant staff for breakfast was amazing The male chef. Big shot out to Iris and Olga for their professional work and friendliness. They are family oriented and great at being of service to the family. Amazingly Tig the ambassador topped it off on our last day by offering some great Perks for future trips including amazing cruises rate that I never knew even existed. George the actual manager at the double tree Hilton at lake Bueno vista and Karelys who checked us in was super amazing!!!!

No only did the door to the bedroom and the bathroom not shut and stay shut but the “renovation” on the bathroom door was horrible as it was bulging at the bottom. The tv remotes hardly worked. The bathroom light flickered. The refrigerator was not fastened down. And lastly to eat there cost a fortune.
