MY GUARANTEED RESERVATION WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE AND MY FAMILY WAS LEFT STRANDED. I requested and was guaranteed a late arrival time but when we came to check in I was informed that no room was available. I will make sure that my friends steer clear of Hilton hotels. This is no way to treat customers who book in advance and rely on accommodations from what I thought was a trusted name brand. The desk persons were very rude to me and tried to make me believe it was all my fault. If you're staying in Cincinnati, BEWARE of Double Tree by Hilton.

We have stayed here in the past and had a great visit. This time, our room had a dripping faucet, running toilet and a broken refrigerator which caused our cold things to spoil. Nothing was done when reported and we didn’t even get an apology from the front desk. No maid service is provided unless a specific request is made at the front desk. The $15 breakfast buffet offered several breads, no meat, cold cereal, and scrambled eggs that ran out early and the chef could not be found to refill them. This is our last stay at the Hilton Doubletree.

This is not your typical Hilton property. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in this property as it has deteriorated. The exterior is no longer inviting. The rooms, while spacious are outdated and had a moldy smell. The carpet wasn’t clean, and our vanity area in the restroom space had ants. We had to request a new room as well and the new room, wasn’t much better. There was no comforter on the bed and when we asked for one, we were told they don’t have them. They brought us two blankets. The plumbing in the main bath was a bust, we were saved because we had an extra half bath - THANKFULLY! In the past we’ve stayed at this exact location and we were sad that we chose to stay here this weekend as we passed through the city. We won’t be back…

Horrible experience! Room was dirty. Candy wrapper behind the toilet. The towel you step on to get out of shower was dirty. Looked like housekeeping picked up from last guest and folded it up and put on shelf for next guest. The entire room left me with an itchy feel. Mirrors unclean and curtain needed washed. A very gross experience

As soon as I walked into my room I was met with an overwhelming moldy musty smell. There is black mold in the window panels and the the shower drains have a STENCH. I needed to stay a few days and my allergies were on overdrive the entire time. I felt sick by the time I checked out. The rooms are very outdated and there’s even black mold on the walls in the staircases. Housekeeping was spraying a smell coverup all day in the hallways and staircase. There is NO WAY that this room is $150 a night. WAY overpriced for such a horrible experience. Also, you have to pay extra for breakfast. For the price of the room and the state of the rooms that should not even be a consideration on the hotels part. Housekeeping also bangs on your door at 8:45 in the morning every morning loudly with the end of a keycard. What a joke!!
