This hotel is huge. It is like a hotel and convention center in one. Ok, maybe not that big, but there is plenty of meeting space. While the general feel comes off a bit dated, I was quite happy with how clean and orderly things were. Checking in was a bit slower than expected, however, they provide fresh cookies and a smile, so I guess a slight wait won't hurt. They offer a shuttle downtown, although they aren't very far so you can also get an uber cheaper than parking! That is win-win either way. Rooms are a decent size and similar to the rest of the hotel clean. Very sizable. Bed was comfortable as well. Water pressure was decent but I wouldn't really rave about their showers. I didn't eat at their bar-restaurant but the meal looks appealing and they have an happy hour. Overall, I cannot say much more but would recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Mixed stay. Infrastructure problems but customer service was great. Internet was down again and it was like that 6 months ago also, what’s the issue?? Hot water in the towers, out again in the morning!! Never any issues on the 3 story renovated side, hmmm!!! Front desk and restaurant staff for breakfast were excellent. Dinner- great one night when Carlos was working, extremely slow the other nights when he was not. All these problems were like this 6 months ago also so why not fix them??!!

Staff at this hotel make it a nice place to stay. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Antwaine (shuttle driver) and all the ladies at the front desk. Very clean hotel. Comfy beds. Easy shuttle to stadium.

While I have visited Annapolis and number of times, I’ve never stayed at the Doubletree. I wish I had. I arrived and was greeted very warmly by the manager and staff at the front desk. I had checked in electronically, but they were still there to provide me direction. The room is a bit worn, but very clean. I was able to spend some time at the outdoor pool and it was clean and relaxing. I was happily surprised to hear that there is a complementary shuttle that can take you to city dock in Annapolis, right by the Naval Academy as well as other locations within 5 miles.. John the shuttle driver was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about local sites and restaurants. I also had a drink at the bar. Patrick, the bartender was professional, courteous, and friendly. They run a well oiled machine at the Doubletree. We return annually and will definitely come back. Whomever is managing this property is doing a great job!
