Bicycle rentals are available, as are launderette facilities. Guests can work up a sweat in the on-site fitness center. Serving a variety of seafood and regional delicacies, Palm Haven Restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. Poolside Gumbo Limbo Tiki Bar offers frozen specialty drinks and light meals.

We stayed over Thanksgiving, so the hotel was really busy but everything worked smoothly. It's about 3 miles from the centre of key west but they have a free shuttle that operates hourly to and from town. The rooms are nice and spacious and cleaning standards are very good. The pool has plenty of beds and free towels. There is one bar and restaurant- not the greatest place you will eat/drink in Key West but it's perfectly ok and the staff are always helpful. A good resort for families and/or those who don't want to be right in the heart of KW.

We enjoyed our stay. Every thing was clean. They provide pool towels. There is an included shuttle every hour starting 8 am to DuVal street. It is a 20 minute ride with one stop and it returns until 11.20 pm. There is also a shuttle to Smathers beach during the day every 2 hours. The warm cookies are a nice end of day treat. The breakfast is only served until 10am, we tended to just pay the $20 and do the buffet breakfast. The food was good but options are limited to the hotel restaurant/pool bar. nothing nearby to walk to except a little market. Beds were good, comforters were great and the AC was easy to adjust. I liked the blackout curtains. We would stay here again.

When we made reservations, we only made them for one day but because of the nice hotel and people like Joseph, Jason, Renata, the housemaids and everybody else at the hotel we came in contact with, we stayed for five. Never have we been felt so appreciated to be Hilton Honors members. The hotel has a great location and our room was very nice and our bed couldn't have been more comfortable. Steve the concierge was great and his info could not have been more helpful. Joseph at the desk was jovial and was a big hit with my wife in helping her each time she asked for help. The artists were redoing the mural behind the desk while we were there and we enjoyed watching. All in all, the hotel was a great choice and if we go back, we will stay there again.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this property and were very pleased. I would give the rooms a 4 only because of the small sink and vanity area in the bathroom. Cleanliness a 5. Pool area a 5 plus - just perfect warm water resort style pool with three distinct sections perfect for all pool people of all ages. The cabanas and chaise lounge huts are really five star with high quality furniture and great layout. The atmosphere is always grand especially at night with the lighting. The bar and restaurant areas are well maintained and managed. We really rested here with excellent beds, quiet rooms and hallways and the balconies are also a nice amenity. Staff were generally helpful and responsive with a couple of self absorbed exceptions. We would definitely return for a future stay. Wanted to stay longer!
