I would like to give a big shoutout to Ms Yessenia lobby attendant, lovely lady !! Bravin at the bar makes great drinks, and knows how to keep a conversation going! The young driver on the weekend Danilo recommended us Duetto pizzeria, definitely worth a try.

Michelle at the front desk is great! Lobby attendant Yessenia always with a smile and greeting everyone that passed by her. Shuttle driver Danilo very attentive and friendly. We appreciated the ride with him as he drives carefully and with no rush. Will definitely come back after renovations are completed.

We were warmly greeted with fresh cookies and water! There was construction but I barely heard anything and the workers were very polite. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable as well as most stay accommodations. However, unfortunately I met the rude and aggressive nighttime customer service staff member that everyone keeps complaining about in previous reviews (also in Google reviews). I politely asked a clarifying question and she quickly snapped at me and changed her demeanor. She already has a history of this behavior and the company has kept her on board so my complaint won’t do much. Tip for anyone visiting: avoid asking questions or needing assistance at night unless you want to get treated poorly. Daytime staff has customer service skills and are happy to assist!

Our first time staying at the double tree. And all I can say what a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Billy and Bravin at the bar were very nice. Taylor, Michelle, Carl and Renata were also very sweet and very knowledgeable with all my questions. Great hospitality. Innocent and Matt were great. Great shuttle service always on time. And Matt was great from picking us up from airport. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This hotel doesn't deserve the bad reviews! We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. We landed at the airport, called the hotel, and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes. Billy at the bar and Carl at the front desk were great! The conch fritters at the bar as well as the infamous chocolate chip cookies were excellent.
