Very nice park. Beautiful. The tram is definitely worth it. Shows you everything, even the buffalo and elk pasture. Right by the gift shop you can checkout the tree masters tree house, amazing. Our Trime guide was great. We had lunch at the restaurant, very good, great service. Nice day trip..

Everyone should experience Dogwood Canyon in the Fall to see the leaves. It was beautiful. We're definitely going back in the Spring to see the Dogwoods in bloom. I'm told normally between April 1- April 15 is the best time. The great thing is you can experience Dogwood Canyon in three ways: Walk, Bike (bring your own or rent one there), or Tram. Bring a picnic lunch and spend the day!

"Well-worth the time to visit."

Highly recommend stopping at Dogwood Canyon if you are in the area. It is a bit pricey, as it costs $20 just to walk onto the property, and then all the activities are separate fees. However, if you are willing to do some walking or biking and really take advantage of all the park has to offer, then I’d say you’d get your money’s worth. The tram is a must-do if it’s your first time. The guides give such great information, and you get to see all the highlights. Horseback riding is on our to-do list in the future.
