We had an amazing time! The quality of service was top notch, plus the facilities were great! All of the cast members were eager to help us every single day! We stayed for several nights and had easy transportation to Disney Springs (through the boat) and the Disney Parks (by bus). We saw several bunnies which made the experience even more memorable.

    "Beautiful property, lots of walking"

I have mixed reviews of this resort. I'll start off by saying we enjoyed our stay and it was overall positive. Starting off with the good: Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful property. Especially if you wake up and take a peaceful walk around the resort in the morning. It really is pretty, relaxing, and feels secluded from the craziness of Disney. Our pillows were comfy. The food court has a lot of options. We love the princess and the frog theming, but think it could be laid on a little thicker, would love to see more touches here and there. The main pool was great. My son loved the slide. There is one hot tub at the main pool. I did wish there was a hot tub at the smaller pools because the main pool was so far away and the hot tub there was always full with lots of kids. I know, it's Disney, there are a lot of kids, but some quiet hot tubs at the other pools would be a nice addition. The boat ride to Disney Springs was nice. Things we didn't like: Everything is very spread out and you're doing a TON of walking just to get around your resort. Long walk from the parking lot, long walk to the lobby/food court, long walk to the pool, long walk to the laundry, etc. If it's raining, you're walking in the rain to get to anything from your room. When you're walking as much as you do at Disney, this gets old. It's also easy to get lost when trying to get back to your building. The numbers are laid out weird and the signs are confusing. Everything looks the same, so it's easy to get turned around IMO. Our bathtub was slow to drain, the ceiling fan was loud and shaky, that wasn't a deal breaker, but it seems some maintenance is needed. We enjoyed our time, but we probably won't stay here again. Mostly just due to the amount of walking. Everything else was great. Tips: The West bus stop is the first stop at the resort if you want to get a seat and not standing room on the bus. The lobby bus stop is the last stop. The boat ride to Disney Springs usually has a line at popular dinner times. We had to wait for 3 different trips to happen before we could finally get on the first night. I'd give yourself plenty of time to get to a dinner reservation, at least an hour, maybe a little longer just in case. On the way back the line was very long for the boat. We ended up getting a LYFT instead.

"Beautiful resort. One of the best on property"

We booked a 1 night stay in a princess room to have a little bit of Disney magic whilst staying off property. Our room was not ready for an hour after check in time which seems to be a theme of staying on property for just one night. Although disappointing we spent a bit of time wondering around the main building. Which is beautiful decorated. When we did go to our room we found driving around a little complex due to the size of the resort and the building name not being on the signs. It appears the buildings are split in areas. If Disney could maybe add this to the app when checking in that would be helpful. Either way we found the room quite quickly. Room itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Maybe the room was a little too cluttered and could have done with a bed that folded up like in some of the smaller resorts but again it was stunning decor. The room had a bath shower with great water pressure. Overall a very nice room. Finally the resort is beautiful. Absolutely stunning and really is a moderate resort that leans towards being deluxe. We walked to the French quarter side of the resort and was very impressed with the resort that side. Especially the beignets! We also had breakfast the next day in the riverside. One downside I would say is that the French quarter has freestyle machines whilst Riverside had old school machines that my coke was a little flat. Again very picky! Not enough though to put me off. I would stay here again 100%. Beautiful resort!

    "Cute Decor"

This property is very nice. It is HUGE. We booked a "Woods View Royal room." The decor is very cute and we liked the theme of the property. The issue that we had was that our "Woods view Room" had a view of the parking lot. When I called the front desk, they tried to tell me it was a Woods View room (which we paid extra for) despite my being able to see parked cars and cement pillars out of my window. Did not appreciate the gaslighting. I would also mention that it is odd that this property doesn't' have a gym. I ran in the morning outside but as a Disney Deluxe property, they should be able to find a few treadmills and some weights for guests. Overall, we would likely not stay here again just due to not getting what we paid for. Also, the room was supposed to be ready at 4 PM but was not ready until close to 6 PM.

Our family was extremely excited to stay in this resort at Disney World! The Princess rooms looked and sounded special. Unfortunately after we checked in we found it to be in disarray with so many areas in the room that were dirty. Honestly the photos will tell it all! Management was unable to change our room or even make the necessary adjustments to cleaning. The positives were the outside grounds they were kept up beautifully. Loved the horse and carriage ride except it was only 17 minutes long. Food in main lodge area was just so so but the Pastry selection and presentation was superb!
