Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is located on the beach in Lake Buena Vista, close to Disney's Boardwalk, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Other points of interest near this resort include Disney Springs area and Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Dining options at this Caribbean-themed Disney resort include a sit-down restaurant and a coffee shop/café. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool and a children's pool. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in public areas. Without doubt now our new favourite resort when staying on property. This was our first time staying at Caribbean beach but it won’t be our last. We stayed for 12 nights and had quick service dining included (a promotion we booked when it was running for UK guests). We requested proximity to sky liner and were allocated a room in the Jamaica section of the resort- we would absolutely request this when staying again as it was located in an excellent spot for the sky liner, a quick walk over the bridge to the lobby and also near its own quiet pool. We found the staff to be pleasant and courteous and the food was ok- typical for Disney. The main pool is great for kids and we enjoyed being able to walk to riviera also. Our room in Jamaica is one of the older rooms- not yet renovated- but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The selling point of this resort if you are getting it for a decent price is definitely location and also the addition of the skyliner. Whilst other resorts like pop and animation are on the skyliner- they still have to transfer at Caribbean beach. If you stay at Caribbean beach you just get on directly to Hollywood studios or Epcot- it’s a game changer taking two buses out of the equation.

For the price & location you can't beat it at Disney. We've stayed here a few times and have had good experiences each time. It's by no means a high end resort or hotel - as smallish room and window A/C. But, super close to the Skyliner for fast transport to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The grounds and pool are always nice too. Easy to walk to The Riviera Resort if want some different food options. Will stay here again if we return.

For a Disney Property we have high expectations and this stay did not live up to it. The groups and pool 10/10 but the room was worn. The tub had a few stray hairs in it, a little bit of mold spots on the tub, around the faucet, under the soap holder down the grout , and the shower pressure was lacking. The twin bed Murphy bed sheets must have been forgot about because there were used sheets left on it, the water bucket had left over water in it with plastic bag drapped over it. This is not what you expect from a Disney property and we are Disney fans. We ended up getting a $100 credit and checking out after 1 night stay when we were planning to stay 4 nights.

We stayed at Disney Caribbean Resort with our family for our magical Disney vacation. We had 3 rooms all located in the Barbados building which was an excellent location, close to the lobby, dining, shops and main pool as well as the Barbados pool which we used often. It was very convenient staying at the Barbados building as it was close to the bus stop to the theme parks and Disney springs as well as being able to go for coffee and fill our refillable Disney cups at the restaurant. Watched our Philadelphia Eagles WIN the Superbowl and we celebrated at the Banana Cabana that was filled with Philly Fans, it was great had lots of fun. Our bartender Adam did a great job and kept us well hydrated :) We were thankful everyone was in the same building as it's a large resort. Also, it was just a short walk to the Skyliner across the road was a bonus. You can see the nightly fireworks from Epcot which we watched on the bench by the Barbados building. The private transportation we used for the week was Merie's Orlando Express they were great and they even picked us up and dropped us off in the parking lot of our Barbados bldg. It has a great vibe of the Caribbean with the theme of the resort and decor, loved it! Shout outs to the excellent customer service provided by the staff Megan at the front desk, and Megan and Milton who are gems at this resort that truly LOVE their job and it shows, very personable and helpful. Thank You!! Thank You!! Thank You!!

We recently spent the week at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and had a wonderful stay. We always book our vacation with Robyn Ayers at Dream Makers Vacation Services. She takes care of everything for us from booking to requests. This is our second stay here and we had a great time once again. We love the skyliner so this is the perfect resort for us. We cannot wait to return next year!
