From January 2026 until late April 2026, the Surfboard Bay Pool and the kiddie pool at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort will be closed for maintenance. During this time, the Grand Slam Leisure Pool at Disney’s All-Star Sports will continue to be available. Additionally, Guests are welcome to use the other pools throughout Disney’s All-Star Resorts, including the Calypso Pool, Piano Pool and kiddie pool at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort; and the Fantasia Pool, Duck Pond Pool and kiddie pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.

Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is a family-friendly resort located in Lake Buena Vista, close to Blizzard Beach, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Additional points of interest include Epcot.

Giant-sized surfboards line the pool area and a kiddie pool is available nearby. A baseball diamond-shaped pool features a Goofy fountain that squirts water at swimmers. Campfire activities are available seven days a week during sunset hours. Movies Under the Stars is a fun to do with families and friends after a day at the park. Jogging trail playground and games arcade are also available at the resort.

Disney's All-Star Sports Resort's End Zone Food Court serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner (fee). A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include a children's pool. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Complimentary shuttle services include a roundtrip airport shuttle and a theme park shuttle. Additional property amenities include a concierge desk, an arcade/game room, and multilingual staff. This is a smoke-free property.

Ideal location if you don’t want to drive in the US. Stayed in October as a family of 4 ..kids ages 10 and 8 at the time. We packed a case with snacks and breakfast cereal and bowls as we wanted to get the most out of that magic hour. Thai worked for us! Virtual queues are worth it! We did MNSSHP and it was crammed full and although a fab experience I’m not sure I would pay to do again..we were very try impressed with the hotel putting on a Halloween party with fancy dress and competitions and the kids got Disney magic..staff gave my two a Jack skellington and sally plush each when they said they were their fave! Mickey smores were a lovely touch and the hotel pool with movies played on till late was loved by my kids. The buses were all painted in different characters and themes, we loved seeing what it would be each time. They were very reliable and so easy to get about. We enjoyed a walk through all the reports to see theming one afternoon. We paid for an uber to the world’s biggest McDonald and again to ihop one day for breakfast. Our kids enjoyed uber eats that was either delivered to the lobby or the room! After a long day at the park it was perfect and a novelty for them to try chick fillet and others. I’ve already recommended the all star sports to a friend.

Super fun and clean Disney resort with great theming and fun! Fun food court with options for everyone, food, drinks l cocktails and dessert, something for everyone. Beautiful pools and movies at night poolside, so much fun! Good price and good customer service

Was is a preferred room this time. The bathroom setup was nice and worked well for me. The cast members at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Getting from the airport to the hotel was fairly easy. I used Mears going to the hotel. Then going back to the airport I got an uber and the driver was very helpful and wonderful to talk to. The room was quiet at night after every one had gone to bed. Bed was comfortable.

We’ve stayed in every level of disney accommodation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at ASSp resort again. We LOVED it. The resort is fairly small, so very manageable. Nothing is too far away from wherever you may be placed. We were in the home run section which for us, was perfect. I did request this section in advance-it probably is about the furthest from the main reception lobby-however, there is a smaller pool within the section and it’s very quiet. Perfect. The resort is immaculately clean-staff out at all hours cleaning and ensuring all areas are well maintained. Al the staff were personable-everyone wishing you a good morning/day etc. the busses were frequent. Never waiting more than 10 minutes for one. The food court was pretty good. Well stocked. And always a table free. If i had to complain about anything-it would be that there’s only one place to fill your refillable mugs-which is in the food court. So if you’re placed really far away from them, it’s a bit annoying having to trek from your room, to get a drink - it’s basically empty by the time you’re back!! It might be nice to have a couple placed around the resort. Also. One bar lady-didn’t catch her name-was horrible. The atmosphere particularly in the evening was so nice. Everyone enjoyed a drink or played cards etc. but she seemed intent on putting a downer on it!! Cheer up. You work in Disney!!! The only other thing I’ll add as we’ve not stayed on property for any longer than one night since 2017-a lot of the magic has gone. The magical express. Fast passes now have to be paid for. The photographs with some of the meals that used to be included (in BOG, you now only have the beast sporadically popping to a few tables. No photo. No meet and greet etc) The inflexibility to change some things on the dining plan-to switch a dessert for a starter (only exception was sci fi). Parks very packed at times. Almost dangerously so. Particularly MK during fireworks. But we had the best time and I’d return without hesitation.
