Important Information
  • Resort, parking, and booking fees will be paid upon check-in. A 2.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments made at the property; however, this fee will be waived for debit and pre-paid card payments.
  • A $250 refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in.
  • Parking: Self-parking is available for $15 per vehicle, per day. Each reservation may purchase one parking pass per unit in a standard room/efficiency or two per suite. Trailer parking is NOT available at this property.
  • All rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check-in. Exchange of towels and removal of trash is provided daily during your stay (unless do not disturb sign is present). Linens are only changed upon request. If you need additional supplies please contact housekeeping for delivery of items.

It took over 2 hours to check-in. Our room was not what I booked but the fact that you have to go across the street to access the front desk is not worth it. It took us about 30 minutes to get an elevator to get up to our room. One of the bed frames is broken but otherwise the beds are comfortable. Yesterday, we were out of our room from 9:30am to 8:30pm and our room was never serviced. I saw someone cleaning a room nearby and requested 2 towels from her, she was not happy that I had asked. Everywhere you go it takes an ungodly amount of time to be waited on. To get a drink or food, have your best patience ready to go. It’s a convenient location but otherwise pretty dirty. There is no staff that go around cleaning up areas. The arcade, tables everywhere you go (except the Lego Geko) are dirty with the previous patrons trash. The hot tubs are colder than the pools. Unfortunately, we will never return to this establishment nor would we recommend to anyone. We are making the best of it, but upset to say the least.

One of the best reviews I could give is for Sophia the waitress at the loco gecko. She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. She helped us out when some of the registers and billing procedures were down, but she was great. She needs a raise.

Resort Fee - this is a fee per night that includes amenities and services the resort offers to guests such as daily access to the on-site waterpark, pool towels, free local calls, copies, faxes, in-room coffee, and in-room safes. Destination Fee - this is collected by the hotel upon arrival. Parking Fee - $15 per night, per vehicle, plus taxes.
