"Awful hotel - stay elsewhere!"

Don't do it! Stay further from SeaWorld and drive to the them park. This hotel is AWFUL! Mold on the ceiling. Entire family woke up congested and coughing from the air quality. Disgusting looking shower and sink handles. Water in the sink sprays everywhere and is barely usable. Bathroom has one very dim light. I had to do my makeup outside. Pillows are lumpy, bed is very hard. Electrical outlets are so loose they won't charge your phone. Remote control had no batteries. Had to ask for towels. No one services the rooms during your stay. I usually choose Hyatt or IHG hotels. Never again in a Marriott property!

"Worst Marriott I’ve Ever Stayed In"

This place was not good at all. It was old and moldy. The sheets were not clean either. When we noticed the sheets weren’t clean we asked them to change the sheets and they did not. We stayed there 3 days and will not be back. If you do stay, bring your shower shoes as well. You can tell they do not take care of the hotel. Even the lobby needed some work. You know if they can’t keep the lobby looking nice then the rooms will be an issue. The workers must be getting paid to write good reviews because there is no way a person who actually stayed there would write a good review for this hotel.

Really disappointing stay for lots of little reasons. Says it’s near Seaworld but it is not. There is literally nothing nearby except a KFC and the highway. Super loud all night. A/C unit sounds like a freight train when it starts up. Pull out couch sleeps 1 and not comfortably. Hotel restaurant was supposed to be open for dinner but it wasn’t. On-site market was sold out of almost everything. Lots of construction happening on site, so basic things like the main floor bathroom are closed. Price was way too high for the condition it’s in. Really regretting this reservation.

Excellent stay as always here! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast at the Bistro—get the avocado toast. 10/10, highly recommend staying here when passing through San Antonio or visiting for business. I will continue to stay here whenever I’m in town.

"Do not book!"

Nastiest, uncared for Marriot I have ever seen. The landscaping alone upon pulling in shows that the place is rundown and not cared for. I actually thought it was abandoned when we pulled in. The dumpsters in the front for their “remodel” have been here for a hot minute. There is ripped up carpet everywhere, construction everywhere, no front counter. We are stuck here because we flew in from out of state. We couldn’t check in at 4 pm because they had no rooms cleaned and ready. There were signs stating there was no running water. The ac is off or not working in the lobby and all common areas including the elevators. Once we made it to our room, we have discovered their staff do not properly clean the rooms. Nothing had been wiped down in months. The dust and grime is months if not, years old. The mirrors are covered in film and so foggy you can’t see in them. The window in our room was so covered in film that you are prevented from looking out the windows. It gets grosser by the minute. The sheets smelt dirty, had blood on the comforter, along with the fact they looked slept in and the beds were not made all the way. Unbelievable and unacceptable that a business owner cares so little about their business especially a franchise. The signs are half out and the parking lot feels very unsafe. It is ridiculous the rate charged to stay at a Marriot that is one step up form a trap house. Do not stay here at any costs.
