Spent five days here and what a joke! If you get the quick access pass be prepared to argue and fight for your right to use it as the guards will not honor it and everyone was lined up in the QA line, spoke to several supervisors about this just for the chaos to return within the hour. No one knew how to change out the empty condiments…. I mean I get it big deal but when you pay $40 for two cheese burgers at least be on top of that. They had one person working every stand, store or line. It’s just complete madness. Half the rides are shut down on top of that. The SeaWorld side is no better the operators where laying down in between coasters departure and arrival on steel eel. Haven’t been here since pre covid and will never be going back. You want a cool experience outside of the animal shows Go to Sixflags fiesta and Schlitterbahn water park.Bigger bang for the buck and half the price, heck I’d pay double if it meant never going back to a Sea Wotld / Aquatica

"$14 Hotdogs, and hour long lines….?"

I guess I expected to wait in lines and be price gouged, but not nearly as bad as it is. Lines for rides an hour long, $14 hotdogs, $10 pretzels, people cutting lines and staff doesn’t care, rides closed half the day for weather with no refund. If you want to pay a lot of money to leave angry with disappointed kids, be my guest. I won’t do it again.

"Meh."

Disappointing experience. Impossible to get service at the snow cone stand. Cashier disappeared, ordering line never moved for a long time. Long long lines everywhere, they must be terribly understaffed or don’t care. Rented an expensive cabana, it was nice. Food delivered with no utensils for the potato salad and no paper plates for the pizza, fries were lightly warm. Like an ocean of people. Attendance should be limited so people can enjoy. Got in the lazy river about 4 times, was never able to get a tube. Will find an alternative and not return. They've gotten the last dollar from me.

They are under staffed or they don’t want to open another lane. Took an hour and half to get food. They should have opened 2 lanes for the food but didn’t want to. The food was there and the cashiers were there but the people putting the food together were very slow!

"Don't Go in Early March"

Reviewed March 17, 2024
Yes, it was March, but it the park was open. It should not have been. At least half of the attractions in Aquatica were not open when we went. whether this was due to staffing or other issues I do not know, but it either should not have been open or the price should have been significantly discounted. Unfortunately, the attractions that were open were not posted until you were entering the park. The only good thing was that it was not crowded and the attractions that were open could be ridden numerous times with little to no waiting. But overall we were unimpressed.
