NEVER coming back to this hotel! Somebody broke into our hotel room and stole all our luggages and yet the management did not do anything to make us feel better. They could have at leas paid for all the lost items or made an arrangement fo an airport transfer. Be very afraid to check in to this crappy hotel. NEVER AGAIN!

Rude staff. Reserved a room at the casino tower but they sent us to sky tower which is far from the casino. We couldn't get clear directions so we walked for a long time with our suitcases up and down stairs. Eventually they gave us a room at the casino. Very unfriendly people all over. We couldn't get a cart at the desk in person. They wanted us to call them from the room (?) Rooms are spacious and clean. I gave two stars b/c of staff. So it's better to stay away from this place.

It's not fair. Someone stole my wallet on May 5th or 6th 2025. Watch out y'all!!! They got $406 in stuff. They used my credit card and ATM card. I'll never stay there again. I love Fremont Street. They used it for a bunch of McDonald's a few Uber trips a gift shop in here.
