"Great but could still be better."

It is definitely more centered around old Las Vegas. Was thinking it would be more family friendly but you have to go though all the gambling areas to get to the family friendly places in the hotel. The area the hotel is is kind of sketchy but still felt safe enough to sit outside when I wanted to smoke outside. There is smoke areas inside but they are in the bars and gambling areas. Sometimes it is nice to get fresh air while smoking. It does have a circus feel when you go to the upper part to the family games. Unfortunately the pool and Waterpark was closed when I was there. Rooms are small but comfy. Dated but functioning. No microwave and no mini fridge. Just a basic room with a bed and bathroom. Water in the shower was amazing 👏. The staff was all very helpful. They made honest effort to make my time more fun with letting me know the best places to go and do that wouldn't cost a bunch. Even told me what to avoid. They made my first experience in Las Vegas less stressful. I was on the ninth floor. They have it clearly marked what elevators to use to get to your room the quickest. Lines aren't that bad. But I wasn't there for the race. Rooms are fairly cheap for being on the strip. The floor is was on was quiet while I was there. I would recommend this place if you want to save money to do alot of what Vegas offers to do. There is a steakhouse inside. I definitely recommend them. I went in not dressed up and was still treated very well. Food was great! They also have a buffet that is a value. I could only catch it open in the mornings. Most of the eateries are only open on the weekends. Great but could be better if they had more options during the week. Even the shows are only going closer to the weekends.

"Dangerous employee"

We had a frightening incident with an employee. We captured part of it on video and asked the casino to review the video also and find the rest of the incident. After a month of going back and forth they claim they could find no further video. This is strange because I know it's there. This employee was very dangerous and I wish I had called the authorities. No Satisfaction from Circus Circus even though we tried to work with them. We were long time patrons and seniors.

"Dirty Room & Poor Customer Service"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed November 11, 2025 NEW
We stayed in the West Tower Nov 2–8 2025 and were very disappointed. The bathroom floor had hair and dirt when we checked in, proving it hadn’t been cleaned. When I showed photos to the front desk, the employee offered no apology—just two choices: move rooms or wait for housekeeping. Around midnight, someone came and cleaned only the bathroom floor. Later we found black hair on the other bed, stains on the ceiling, and dirt on the desk. Another guest in our group had used toilet paper in his toilet on check-in. Elevators were dirty too. The beds were comfortable, but overall the hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. We won’t stay at Circus Circus again.

"Don't stay here. Come for Adventureland only"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

This hotel is falling apart. It’s dirty and smelly and the rooms are horrible. It feels like the hotel hasn’t been touched in over 30 years. And don’t get me started on the elevators. You have to wait about 30 mins for them, it’s so frustrating. The staff are few and far between as it’s all automated (check in etc) so the customer service is terrible as there is no one to talk to. It takes about 20 mins to get through to anyone when you call from your room. The staff at the pool are nice and friendly but everyone else couldn’t care less. The waterslides and the Adventuredome are the only good thing about this place. The Adventuredome is great but I would just visit for a day trip and then get out of there. Also, there’s a gift shop selling Trump merch and MAGA hats. Whatever your political preference is, hotels should be neutral and not take sides. In short, come for Adventureland, but avoid staying here at all costs.

"Great value but choose carefully which building's rooms are good for you"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed November 07, 2025 NEW
I'll give it two stars because it's cheap, location is decent. This manor is the motel version of circus circus, so it's very accessible for parking. Having said that the room is very dated and worn out. The place stinks of weed in the corridor but room smell is okay. The shampoo is okay and there's soap not shower gel. AC is noisy but strong. The bath tub drips a bit but not an issue. The toilet flush is so strong that you can feel the wind nearby. When checking in at the kiosks, you were given a choice to upgrade to other rooms in other towers. I would recommend it as it's so much more accessible to other parts of the building INCLUDING ride pickup points. I didn't visit adventure dome or the water park as it's included in the resort fee but that's not my reason for coming to Las Vegas. Resort fees included wifi so you can't skip it. For that reason, I'll prob stay at a basic hotel or apartment without any resort bonus next time. Better pay more in a nicer room.
