"Pretty, but that is about it."

The hotel is very nice. Our remote did not work and despite being told someone would come to repair it, no one came. Our phone also didn’t not work. And then we were woken by the alarm that we did not set at 5:50a. I attempted to turn it off, but was unable to do anything but snooze it which proceeded to go off every ten minutes, so I ended up waking up at 6:10a instead of 8:30a as planned. The restaurant was also underwhelming.

"Usually we love our Hyatt Hotels…. Not this one."

We stay at Hyatts when traveling but would not recommend this location. Overcharged on room and valet by $150. The hotel is clean but the hotel lobby is loud and unwelcoming. Not kid friendly. Rooms are very small so plan accordingly.

This is the absolute best place to stay when in Nashville! For anyone that wants to go explore Nashville and find great local spots this hotel is located right in the heart of Nashville it seems. Everywhere we went we could pretty much walk to besides the malls. The staff are very good at customer service, rooms always clean, and they are grateful for loyalty and make your business feel welcomed. If you're looking for a stress free vacation to Nashville this hotel is 100% for you!

Nice new hotel with friendly staff, close enough to Broadway if you don't mind a little walk. In a cool area. Was weirdly accosted by 3 bellmen on our way out of the hotel. They are apparently working for an outsourced company and asked for a Google or TripAdvisor review.
