I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the condition of my room and the overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel. The state of the room was absolutely unacceptable—dirty, poorly maintained, and far from the standard of cleanliness any guest should expect. Additionally, the complete lack of hot water made my stay even more uncomfortable and inconvenient. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address these issues, I was met with shocking levels of unprofessionalism and disrespect. The manager and the Hispanic front desk agent were not only dismissive of my concerns, but also rude and condescending. Their behavior was disgraceful and a clear reflection of a lack of proper customer service training and basic decency. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting your corporate office to report the appalling conditions and treatment I received. I hope your hotel takes these complaints seriously and takes immediate steps to improve both the quality of your accommodations and the conduct of your staff. Your current standards are unacceptable, and the way I was treated was inexcusable.

If you’re going to Universal this is the place to stay! $5 Ubers to CityWalk. There is a Walgreens right behind the hotel so that was helpful! There was a fantastic Mexican restaurant across the street! We did eat at the rooftop hotel but I have a food allergy and they couldn’t accommodate it. Did not get a chance to try the beautiful Indian restaurant in the lobby. Loved the ice cold water in the lobby, the staff was wonderful. Like I said we were here for Universal but we were also here for pool time. We thought a rooftop pool was cool so that is why we chose this place. The pool was very disappointing. It’s in the middle of a restaurant, no beach chairs just chairs from the restaurant. It was very awkward and the pool was dirty. The pool closed at 6 too. We did go upstairs for a drink after Universal and the views and vibes were great but wish they were two separate spaces.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was on the second floor; the hotel was quiet and smelled very clean! Because we like to sleep in, we kept the privacy hanger on the door and we were never disturbed. When we requested more towels they brought them to us WARM! It was so nice! We also never had an issue with parking in the lot. And when I ordered DoorDash every night, I had 0 issues receiving it. Every single employee we encountered greeted us kindly, shout out to Precious and Adam for a smooth check in process and for being so informative & friendly. They set the tone for our trip and I’ll be staying there if I’m ever in Orlando again!

Absolutely horrid experience with major plumbing problems, terrible management. We checked into the hotel and after unpacking found that when turning the sink on water would rush and flood under the floor. Spoke to the front desk and they put us in another room. Found out the next morning that no hot water would work in the shower or sink. Told management, they said they would fix it. Water also leaked onto the floor from the shower. Same problem the next day, told management, again they said they would fix it and nothing happened. We stayed four nights and never had hot water. Complained to management again at the end and they said that they would call me, but never did. There is absolutely no excuse for this at any hotel. It felt more like a one star, despite the building being newer. Bad management can turn even a nice building into a horrible experience. AVOID!

No kettle in the room, I called down to ask for one and they did not have one, there is a microwave in reception however I do not want to go down to heat up my food in the early hours. I brought my luggage to the hotel in the morning as I knew we would be out all day, I check in after 11pm and the luggage was brought to me, I asked for a luggage trolley as we had 3 large cases, carry ons and several large rucksacks and was told to get one from outside…I also received no help loading the trolley with the bags or taking this to the room.
