"Don’t visit in inclement weather! Will make you park across the street."

Hotel is advertising Kala restaurant but when you pull up in the rain, you get greeted by a very rude front desk clerk by the name of Adam and he tells you even though you are going to the rooftop of this shady hotel to eat there you still can’t park in their parking lot. He asked we must park across the street and walk in their lot rain to go to the restaurant which is AT THE SAME HOTEL! Horrible rude service. Advertising all sorts of businesses here from renderings of builders to another Indian restaurant. Funny place. Would NOT RECOMMEND!

I deeply regret booking this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was hit with a foul odor that gave me an immediate headache. I had originally planned to stay for five nights but checked out after just one due to the unbearable conditions. The room was hot, muggy, and reeked of mold. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were literally wet. By the second day, everything in the room was damp from the excess moisture in the air. Despite clear health and comfort concerns, my request to change rooms was denied. A maintenance worker came but didn’t even enter the room... he simply asked if the AC was working. This was an inadequate response to a serious issue. I expected better standards and concern for guest wellbeing. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication was poor, and the manager, “Pat,” was especially rude and dismissive. Rather than resolving my concerns, she yelled at me, hung up the phone, and made no effort to assist. To top it all off, I’m now stuck paying for all five nights, even though I only stayed one. This place is unsanitary and poorly managed. Spare yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. I truly hope the money you essentially stole from me goes toward staff training in basic conflict resolution, improving living standards to at least barely habitable, and finally doing something about that horrid smell lingering through the lobby.

Horrible experience with the general manager – Fadi We simply asked to use an empty meeting room to work. Instead of a normal response, the GM caused a scene, forced us to pay, and then started yelling — including inappropriate comments about “not being from this country.” Completely unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful. Then we were kicked out of the hotel and literally left on the street. This was during our honeymoon. I’m still trying to get a refund for the stay we never finished. Maria at the front desk stood there with her hands in her pockets, doing nothing to help. Avoid this place. Choose a hotel where guests are treated with basic respect. Not here.

The hotel stole $100 deposit from me, and will not return it. he hotel smells of Indian food. The rooms are not cleaned every daym you have to ask for clean towels. There is no iron jn the room. The freezer in the fridge does not work. The view was of a dirty carpark.
