"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return"

We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Blue Tree Resort. First, check-in time was listed as 4:00 PM, but we were unable to access our room until 6:00 PM. After traveling, waiting an additional two hours without meaningful accommodation or communication was frustrating. The room itself was very outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture was stained and visibly dirty. Appliances were old and beat up. The floors were sticky and did not feel clean at all. Overall, the unit felt neglected and in need of a serious renovation and deep cleaning. The air conditioning and heating situation was unacceptable. The first night, the AC did not work properly — instead of cooling, it blew warm air and pushed the room temperature up to 80 degrees. The second night, the heat did not work — it blew cold air and dropped the room temperature to 64 degrees. We were told that we could either have heat or air conditioning, but not both. That is not reasonable, especially when weather fluctuates. On the fifth day of our stay, the water was shut off from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Being unable to shower or use water for four hours during the middle of the day was a major inconvenience. The TV and internet connection were unreliable and frequently disconnected, making it difficult to relax or get any work done. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and we were never given clear instructions on how to request service. For a multi-day stay, this lack of communication and service was disappointing. That said, the front desk staff was very friendly and polite whenever we interacted with them, and the third-party shuttle service was convenient and ran smoothly. Unfortunately, friendly staff alone cannot make up for the condition of the room and the multiple maintenance issues. Overall, the property feels worn down and in need of significant upgrades. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others until substantial improvements are made.

Very disappointed that activities are not being done anymore. Also the rooms are looking dated. The appliances as well and the floor was not very clean. Always positive experience but this time I could see the need for improvement

Blue Tree was a great place to stay for our first trip to Disney World and Epic Universe! The unit was very clean, very quiet, and very well stocked with everything you would need. We didn’t make use of many of the resort amenities because we were Disney bound. We did use 1 pool and the hot tub one evening and they were both great. Check in and check out were stemless.
