I had a wonderful experience at Best Western. The front desk staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping service that kept everything spotless. Breakfast had a nice variety, and I really enjoyed the quality of the food. The location is convenient, close to shops and dining, and still quiet at night. Overall, Best Western provided excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel was good for what we needed. If you're looking for something to complain about, you'll find it. If you want a relaxing stay in a clean room then try this one out. We didn't run into any bugs in our room like some of the other the reviews. Check in was fast and easy, check out was even faster and easier. Breakfast was like any other hotel. No complaints. Oh! The worst part of the stay was that reception on the TV was horrendous!! They need a new cable provider. When all is said and done, we will stay here again if we need to.

This hotel is in a great location for Williamsburg. However, that's where the good part ends. I had a reservation I received a cancelation notice the day I was due to check in. I never cancelled the room. I called and was assured it was a mistake. My kid and I spent the day at the park. We showed up at the hotel at about 9pm. I sat in the lobby for almost 45 minutes with not a soul in site to check us in. I called and called the front desk (while sitting there) the phone just rang and rang. I called corporate Best western for them to get the same result. When the employee finally showed up, they tried to ignore us to do other stuff. Mind you by that time there was another person with a non-working room key waiting, another person had popped by several times looking for a clerk. there were also notes all over the front desk about the hotel not having hot water. Thankfully it did have hot water. The clerk then gave me my room key and said my room number out loud which as a female traveling with a minor child (solo) is a safety NO NO. I am quite capable of reading. The room was dirty; the closet door would not open fully. The whole hotel smelled musty the hallways looked if they haven't been vacuumed in months. When I went to check out, they tried to charge me the daily rate not the rate that I had pre booked at, thankfully I had saved those emails. I Stayed at this hotel about the same time last year and it was an entirely different experience. This hotel has gone downhill fast.

Great experience, everything went smoothly and the location can't be beat. We loved the breakfast and that the pool wasn't freezing cold like a lot of other places. The desk staff is also really friendly and helpful. The guy who checked us in, I think his name was Nick? made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some good recommendations of places to go in the area. Overall a great experience, especially for prices that are on the lower end.
