Description

The Acrobats of China deliver a fast-paced, exciting production showcasing daring feats of human strength and astounding beauty. Since 1998, the Acrobats of China have WOWED Branson visitors with internationally famous Chinese Acrobats. They jump through hoops to entertain you and invite you to join them for plenty of fun that is entertaining for all ages.

Each year an amazing new troupe arrives bringing cutting-edge human performance art to the stage. In 2018 the award-winning Hunan Acrobatic Troupe presents "The Dream Journey". Known for their colorful costuming and awesome feats, as well as their breathtaking renditions of classical Chinese dance, the Hunan Acrobatic Troupe is considered one of the most skilled Chinese acrobatic troupes. This magnificent troupe is distinctly different in presentation, costuming, and performance style.

The Acrobats of China presents a revolving line-up of award-winning favorites like Human Strength & Beauty, Plates Spinning, Juggling, Diabolo (Chinese Yo Yo), Chair Stack, Aerial Ballet, Bicycle, and more.

This was a very entertaining show with acrobats,jugglers, martial artists and a magician. Really enjoyed the show and was even pulled up on stge.

"You Won't Flip (Because THEY Do)"

When I saw half price tickets over the web, we decided to go, A cast of nine mostly takes turns doing solo performances--balancing, juggling, tumbling, swinging from things, contorting, etc. Impressive. The family next to us with kids had a great time, cheering and yelling. Worth a visit.

"Not worth the money"

Don’t waste your money on this show. The real performers are in Shanghai unable to come to U S due to pandemic according to staff working there. It’s filled with juggles, gymnasts etc. Nothing what I expected! The MC hammered a long nail up his nose - disgusting and not at all appropriate for kids to see. Very disappointed!

"Poor marketing"

Great acrobatics! However the marketing of the show is poor. The address and phone number for the theatre is wrong on google and on trip advisor. If you call the phone number listed in TripAdvisor you will get a recording saying the show is not currently running. We then called the phone number on their website and they said yes they are still having shows. We went to the location listed on trip advisor (4070 w 76 country boulevard) only to find nobody there. We called and were told the show is actually at the old Yacov theatre at 470 Rt 248. We drove the 5+ miles, and found the theatre parking lot empty. All the labels on the theatre say Yakov except for one small sign announcing this as the acrobats of China. We went in and got our seats. We were the only 4 people in the 800 seat theatre. Later 4 more people joined us. A very talented group of 20 acrobats put on a great show for our audience of 8. I felt bad for the performers who obviously put lots of work into their performance. Hopefully they find someone to fix the issues with google / trip adviser address and phone number, the lack of signage at the theatre, etc.

"Wonderful show"

This was the best show we saw in Branson. I found it better than Shen Yun. Not only were there contortionists and acrobats, but performers on silk scarves like Cirque, jugglers, and amazing feats of strength and balance. The music was more modern than expected. It was a most enjoyable show.

Great show! You can tell these kids practice, practice, and practice! Beautiful theatre too, just be sure to wear a jacket, because I've rink makes it cold. Really nice gift shop too, with very beautiful and unusual jewelry pieces.
