    I recently stayed at The Westin at Carl’s for a company event and was so impressed that I decided to extend my stay. The entire team was incredible, providing top-notch service and making our experience truly memorable. A special shoutout to Jenifer, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and communicative with the requests I had. Thanks to her exceptional assistance, both I and my family had a wonderful stay. The Westin at Carl’s is not just a great place for business events but also an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

    Great beds, nice big rooms with marble bathrooms. It was the off season so not very busy until our last day. Large pool area and fitness center. Staff is wonderful!!! Right next to LegoLand and the flower fields. I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very tasty.

    Short but nice stay. Property is beautiful and well maintained but above all the staff are really well trained my review is mostly for the service levels. From front desk to engineers and PBX operators were all professional, kind and resolved matters quickly.

    We were upgraded to a junior suite, and it was a wonderful spacious suite. It was nice to have the extra room. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were all quality. We have stayed at this particular place several times and it has never disappointed us.

    The beds, bedding and pillows were amazing! The staff was too notch and the food was delicious! Close to so many great things to do and see. The beach was a 5 min drive away. All the palm trees on the property were gorgeous! We would definitely stay again.
