Westgate Branson Woods Resort offers a pet-friendly retreat, ideal for leisure trips and family adventures. Located just a 30-minute walk from The Promised Land Zoo and Hamners' Variety Theater, and close to Silver Dollar City, this resort makes it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Enjoy amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site restaurant, and a fitness center. A 24-hour front desk, concierge services, tour and ticket assistance, and luggage storage add convenience to your stay. For business needs, four indoor event spaces are available.

Create family memories with on-site activities, including mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, foosball, and hiking trails. Additional options include a game room and an outdoor playground.

Traditional guest rooms come equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron & ironing board. For more space and upgraded amenities, choose a spacious villa with a kitchenette and ceiling fan. Select villas even offer a washer and dryer, a fireplace, and a balcony or patio.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary to all registered hotel guests.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The pet fee is USD 150 per night. Maximum of 2 pets (dogs only) per room and a combined weight limit of 60 pounds. The dogs can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

We booked our vacation 8 months ago , paid for it in full. We had to check out 2 days early due to a family emergency, the hotel manager was willing to work with us , however we had to go through the corporate office. They refused to even credit one day which is all we we asking for. We were told since we booked 8 months ago we could not get any credit. I can go online and book a stay there and cancel 24 hours in advance and not be charged. Very disappointed in what is to be a family resort. We will never stay at any Westgate places again.

Don’t even know where to start so if your a family with small kids you will enjoy the resort they don’t care about people with disabilities we stayed in a ada villa the bathroom light switch should be in 2 different locations you have to take several steps in the dark it’s very unsafe they don’t care if a disabled person needs to rest because they allow family’s with small children to be in the overhead villa I think they should have considered the person below after all it’s a Ada room the parking is not even considered not enough handicap parking at the pool only 1 handicap parking at the pool a person must walk or be in a wheelchair a good ways to get to a ramp to go into the pool and the only Ada lift is in a kiddy pool and no way to get to the adult pool no ramp this resort is not caring for the disabled I got a message about the noise and was told we are a family resort and quite time is between 7am and 11pm They don’t care about the person below in a Ada room people with disabilities needs rest they should not put family’s in overhead villas The house keeping doesn’t even watch for outdated skillets or pans I was preparing to cool and had a dirty and the metal on the skillet was at a dangerous level to even use should of be throw away and the skillet should of been replaced Iam diabetic and was in need to eat very soon I had to wait another 30 more minutes and also no can opener the house keeping doesn’t do anything but clean and should do more and the room had not been mopped or swept please I hope if your a disabled family don’t waste your time or money at the resort go somewhere where they care they are only about making money and not caring about your needs Pictures below show the only light switch One from the bedroom shows the distance from bedroom to light switch in the dark for a person with walking issues how dangerous it is they could fall with no light a switch should be placed at the door from the bedroom to the bathroom

Rooms are inconvenient rundown everything is too spread out have to walk forever to get any where better off to drive...no breakfast at all unless you agree to be harassed for 90 min on a timeshare tour. Nothing convenient if you are disabled store prices are outrageous rooms small outdated thin walls ....the list goes on and on ...run Forrest run!!

I read a review about bait and switch, that don’t expect to stay in the main building pictured. So I verbally got confirmation I would be in the main building. Upon check in I was put in building #2 I explained my verbal confirmation and was told if for any reason I am unhappy with room 229 come back and I will be moved into the main building. I loved my room exceptionally clean and you can back right up to your door how convenient vs.dragging all your stuff through a lobby to an elevator it was a standard queen room (2 queen beds) The property was beautiful. They offered activities for all guests We were there for movie night , which is a big screen at the main pool Fun for all. Our building had a patio area on one end which was shaded where we sat for an evening cocktail. The only thing the resort is missing is a full restaurant but the market building offered pizza and sandwiches. A lovely building with seating and outside patio area I would definitely recommend and return to this resort. I booked through choice rewards and was very happy
