Enjoy amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site restaurant, and a fitness center. A 24-hour front desk, concierge services, tour and ticket assistance, and luggage storage add convenience to your stay. For business needs, four indoor event spaces are available.

Create family memories with on-site activities, including mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, foosball, and hiking trails. Additional options include a game room and an outdoor playground.

Traditional guest rooms come equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron & ironing board. For more space and upgraded amenities, choose a spacious villa with a kitchenette and ceiling fan. Select villas even offer a washer and dryer, a fireplace, and a balcony or patio.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary to all registered hotel guests.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The pet fee is USD 150 per night. Maximum of 2 pets (dogs only) per room and a combined weight limit of 60 pounds. Pros: • Attractive cabin-style décor and furnishings • Crisp, well-made beds and pillows that were actually very comfortable • Beautiful granite countertops Cons: • “Free breakfast” offer was actually a timeshare pitch • Floors filthy—walking barefoot turned our feet black • Black mildew bleeding through ceiling paint • Soap scum in the bathtub and dirty corners • Paper-thin walls (we could hear coughing from next door) • Loud footsteps above, making sleep nearly impossible Review: Upon arrival, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast “as a thank you,” but it turned out to be tied to a 90-minute timeshare presentation. We declined, but it left a poor first impression. At first glance, the room looked inviting, with a cozy cabin feel, crisp linens, and granite countertops. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the comfort stopped there. The floors were filthy, mildew was visible on the ceiling, and the bathroom had obvious buildup. Noise was another major issue. The walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbor coughing, and the ceiling provided no buffer against the stomping of guests above. Overall, while the room looked nice on the surface and the bed was comfortable, the misleading offers, lack of cleanliness, and noise issues made for a disappointing stay.

The rooms were ceramic floors. No buffer for noise. Furniture moving. Parents yelling at kids. Kids yelling at each other. Kids running and yelling on balconies. Outside noise from front of unit. No insulation to absorb sound.

I dont usually rate hotels but forced to do it when its this bad. So, I just checked in the hotel after booking a Studio Villa for 3 Nights. The room was a nightmare as the carpet is so dirty that I cant even walk barefoot (as can be seen in pics too). To add to it, the walls have spider webs on them. I did request the front desk to get my room changed but the Front desk personnel + Supervisor (Jamie) rejected it citing the reason that no other rooms are available, so I have the option to cancel the booking and find another hotel or stay in this disgusting room. Coming to the services, the WIFI is not working as well (and it's not even password protected). All this, in just the first couple of hours of checking in. BEWARE of the awesome fake pics posted on websites about its room. (Update of 2nd Day): WIFI has stopped completely. When I called the front desk to check it, they simply transfer the call to the Internet company (I mean which hotel does that). After being on call for 30 mins, they still couldn't get anything done.
