Westgate Branson Woods Resort offers a pet-friendly retreat, ideal for leisure trips and family adventures. Located just a 30-minute walk from The Promised Land Zoo and Hamners' Variety Theater, and close to Silver Dollar City, this resort makes it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Enjoy amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site restaurant, and a fitness center. A 24-hour front desk, concierge services, tour and ticket assistance, and luggage storage add convenience to your stay. For business needs, four indoor event spaces are available.

Create family memories with on-site activities, including mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, foosball, and hiking trails. Additional options include a game room and an outdoor playground.

Traditional guest rooms come equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron & ironing board. For more space and upgraded amenities, choose a spacious villa with a kitchenette and ceiling fan. Select villas even offer a washer and dryer, a fireplace, and a balcony or patio.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary to all registered hotel guests.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The pet fee is USD 150 per night. Maximum of 2 pets (dogs only) per room and a combined weight limit of 60 pounds. The dogs can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

"DO NOT STAY HERE, not clean, not accountability, and poor customer service"

DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms aren't clean, guest services isn't helpful. We stayed here and we were put in a room with freshly cleaned carpet to remove some sort of stain. The room smelled so bad of chemicals, to the point we were getting headaches. Reached out to the resort and all they offered was to put some sort of treatment in our room to help the smell go away. The carpet was visibly wet, if you stepped in the area, your socks were soaked. It was in the entry to the main bedroom so unavoidable. My 2 year old ended up with the start of chemical burns from the carpet chemicals they had used. Very unsafe. I've contacted the resort and risk management department several times and unable to find someone that cares enough to call me back. Very disappointed! We've stayed here several times before but this time, the place has really gone down hill, needs some major upgrades and staff that actually care about the safety and well being of you while staying on their property!

This resort is fabulous. It has many family-friendly activities onsite, balanced with a feeling like it's a place for adults to unwind, chill, & entertain. The staff are extremely engaged, professional, helpful & responsive. We came to spend 2 weeks at the Westgate Branson Woods Resort; we see ourselves coming back.

"Refusal to correct charges made during free cancellation"

I booked a refundable room about three weeks ago for a stay in February on the Choice Hotels site. I canceled it the same day after seeing unfavorable reviews outside the Choice site. This week I saw they had pre-charged my one night stay on my credit card (which I was not aware they were doing) and had not refunded it upon cancellation. I called Choice and they had me on the line as they talked to Westgate. They returned and told me Westgate said I needed to contact the hotel general manager the following day. I called this morning and talked to the manager. She told me that individual locations can’t handle refunds for Choice and she told me I had to talk to Westgate corporate and forwarded my call. The woman there reprimanded me and said my problem is because I used a third party booking site. She told me it was a problem with Choice hotels and I needed to call them. She also complained the hotel location always shoved their problems to corporate. She then wanted ME to get Choice on another line so I could pass on the issues to them and was ready to give me their number. Ummm…nope. I am not an employee of Westgate. They worked out a contract to be part of the Ascend collection which is how I found them. Choice hotels is not a third party site. I found the interaction very unprofessional. I called the credit card company to have them intervene and dispute the charge since Westgate is unwilling to help fix their error.

"Great Christmas at Westgate Branson Woods"

The place is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. I planned a big Christmas dinner at the resort since I flew in from out of town. I booked 3 rooms via Interval International. Tami, Marcia and Jose’ helped organize everything for me!!! Honestly cannot say enough!! Truly good, caring people!!! Westgate is blessed to have such conscientious workers!! Thank you!!!

"Great place to stay in Branson"

We’ve owned property at this place for 22 years now and absolutely love it. There’s always plenty to do on the property if you want to just kick back and enjoy all they have to offer. The photos are the smaller lock-off units, which will sleep up to 4 if you use the sofa that makes into a Queen size bed. They have Grands that have a full kitchen and will seat up to 8 people. The rooms have a joining door if you want to be connected to others in your group.
