See pictures: 1. Multiple stains on the bedroom carpet 2. Wall hole from door knob that has been very poorly repaired behind the bedroom door 3. Blind slats in bedroom don’t close fully and some are bent 4. There was condensation on the interior of the windows in the bedroom 5. Kitchen ceiling has peeling areas that look like they are from a previous water leak in the ceiling 6. A piece of the wooden trim is pulling away from the kitchen countertop edge 7. There were not many kitchen supplies 8. The bathroom faucets gold coloring are crackled/peeling. 9. One of the bathroom sinks was not draining well 10. Shower is very small 11. There are areas where the edge of the walls are banged up and in need of repair/repaint. 12. The lock between the adjoining villa does not turn all the way – it never was hollowed out enough for the bolt to go very far. We were not traveling with the people in the adjoining villa and this felt like a safety issue. 13. Wooden venting through door to the heat/air unit has disgusting dust/lint hanging on the vents on the inside 14. Picture (print) on the wall in the living room is wavy near the top 15. Need better cable connection - the TV channels kept cutting out on both TVs 16. Poor lighting on outside steps down to the unit 17. Poor parking areas – have to park on the side of the road When you arrive at the check-in building, you have to first go to a hostess who looks your name up on a sheet of paper then escorts you to the check-in desk; then that person looks your name up on a sheet of paper, assigns your room and gives you room keys, then tells you to go to another area to get your parking pass. Then that person looks your name up on a sheet of paper and tries to talk you into going to a presentation the next morning and gives you your parking pass. This should’ve all been done at one location – not 3 – it was a waste of time. We were told by a man at the parking pass desk that if there’s anything we see that needs attention or if we need anything to call him so he gave us his direct number. When we did call right after getting into our villa, we told him about the multiple carpet stains and about it being very outdated, etc. and asked for a different unit because of the stains and because we were very disappointed in what a difference the pictures online showed of a much nicer villa and what we actually got. He told us we had to call a different number, so we talked to another person at another extension. She said there were no other units available. We would’ve left if we could’ve got our money back, but because there is a 3 day cancellation policy and we were only staying 3 nights, we didn’t want to lose our money.

Room was very dated, and not clean. WIFI wasnt working and visits to the lobby and phone calls were no help. I was told that they contracted that service and couldnt help me. They gave me a tech service number to call in california. A nice Indian technician talked with me on 2 occassions for over an hour late into the night to no avail. As a result i expended all my mobile data resulting in being bumped into a higher cost data plan. The TVs were spotty on their channels. Most didnt work and the ones that did were mostly commercials and shows from the 1960s. The wired phone in our room was dead, no dial tone. The ceiling fan wobbled badly resulting in a clicking sound too loud to sleep. Fortunately, it was cool so we were able to turn it off most nights. On the bright side, the bed was OK, the fridge and microwave worked, and everyone we met was very nice.

Lovely grounds but room not so much. We booked a 1bedroom deluxe villa. Upon arrival, we were given a 1 bedroom Loft that has seen better days. 1 bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and dining, living room and kitchen downstairs. The green carpet in the loft was very outdated and gross. The bathroom tub needs a complete renovation-and cleaning for that matter. The dryer took forever to dry-learned after the first day we wouldn’t be able to wash our clothes-only to keep enough towels/washcloths clean). Multiple spots in Sheetrock need to be fixed and repainted. The loft was similar to a duplex and someone was next door-we heard every word of their awful language clear as day-thankfully they were only there one night. After staying in a 1 bedroom Grand Deluxe Villa last year, (none available this year), we were very disappointed. We made due but considering this our last stay because you don’t know what you are actually getting (pictures didn’t look anything like what I booked) or what area you will be staying in before your visit. The grounds are beautiful and the activities are plentiful for families. The resort is gated and you must check in with a security guard each time coming in which is nice. I hope the rooms get a renovation very soon!

We had booked a studio room and upon arrival we were upgraded to a much larger one bedroom suite with seperate kitchen and living room combo at no extra expense. We were on the 4th floor with a balcony with allowed us a great view. The unit was very clean and suprisingly spacious. We had a great stay for our 55 anniversary.

It's been a few years since we stayed at this resort. My husband and I have sat through a couple time share meetings here. The resort has definitely spiffed up their attitude, and grounds since our last stay in 2018. There were more activities offered, the grounds were neater, and the staff was more professional and friendly than it was. We still got the marketing to sit in on another meeting if we had breakfast, but we declined. Our daughter's room was great; updates had been done. Our room was nice, but definitely in need of an upgrade. The plaid wallpaper, tarnished gold fixtures, and small tub/shower combo were okay, and generally clean. Overall, the room was clean. It was nice to be back and see that effort was being made to bring the resort into 2025. Still no water park, which is what had been promised when we sat through our last meeting back in December 2016 or 2017. It's been so long ago that I don't remember!
