"Best hotel and staff in Tampa"

This was my first time staying at this location and it definitely did not disappoint. Even though the restaurant and pool are under renovation, it just makes you wonder how much more incredible this hotel will be once completed. The staff makes ALL the difference! Aziz at the front desk and the valet staff of Alex, Madison, and Calvin are top notch. I travel every 2-3 week out of every month, and I wish this staff greeted me everywhere I went. I hope to make this my hotel home in Tampa going forward!

The reception, staff as a whole, and rooms were amazing. Of particular mention was Earnest at front desk who was the highlight of my stay, always making time, being amenable and overall making the experience top class.

"Nice Stay by the Bay"

Overall, I had a nice stay here. Fitness: This hotel is located along a bike/running trail that goes for many miles, which was great for getting outside. They also have a clean (smaller) gym. Staff: The staff was friendly, especially the valet team! Food: They have a Starbucks onsite (yay!), which was conveinent. The dining was a bit strange as their restaurant is closed for renovations, so they have breakfast/dinner setup in the lobby during these hours. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, so I can’t speak to the food itself. Rooms: Clean and I had a nice view of the Bay!
