The Roosevelt Hotel New Orleans - Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New Orleans, LA

We have the pleasure of staying here often and are always pleased, especially when we get to see Randy at the front entrance. He is truly a pleasure and we are sad to hear he is retiring. Service as usual was good and the concierge made sure our car transportation was spot on. The concierge also provided info for babysitters and made sure the fold out couch was made for our child prior to our arrival. It was a great experience all around.

in for 3 days for a wedding. Walking distance to the Quarter. Historic, yet clean. The staff was A+, and ever encounter was pleasant. Special shotout to Randy. Randy had hustle, catered to every need and was such a gentlemen. we will definitely be back. What a fun and vibrant city.

We highly recommend The Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans for the best hospitality. we have stayed here over the past 4 years during Tulane football weekends and other university events. The hospitality is by far the best. Specifically, the Valet and Bellman Staff - who are the first to greet us and the last to send us off are terrific! My husband and I want to highlight three wonderful staff members who consistently go above and beyond - Anthly and Chris Rodriquez (Valet) and Dylan Rouzan (Bellman). Each trip they greet us with smiles, handshakes and hugs. They know us by name and are the first to welcome us back to The Roosevelt. They take great care of our luggage, ensuring a smooth and proper handoff to the Bellman team. Whether we drive our own vehicle or bring a rental car - they take the utmost care to ensure it was always parked safely and when we call down for it - the car is ready and waiting for us! Since we have stayed here frequently over the past four years, they feel like family. They ask us about our daughter and they share their family updates too! They bring warmth to all of our interactions. Other guests have noticed the relationships we have with them and ask us about it - we simply state the same response: The Roosevelt Staff is the best of the best! Their smiles, warmth and professionalism is not just for returning guests. I have witnessed how Anthony, Chris and Dylan assist all visitors - whether they are first time guests, families or business travelers - they receive the same amount of care and hospitality. Just last weekend I observed Dylan escort a single female guest to her Uber. The streets were heavily congested due to a nearby concert, and he personally walked her to the correct car - ensuring her safety. This is the type of service that is not found everywhere - but always at The Roosevelt. We travel quite a bit and we cannot say enough about how this team reflects the wonderful attributes of the Waldorf Astoria / Hilton brand. They are kind, consistent and professional. We rarely experience this same level of hospitality at the other hotels we stay. Anthony, Chris, and Dylan (and the other staff) are genuine and authentic. They exhibit exactly what hospitality should be and how guests should be welcomed and treated! We highly recommend this hotel and the great staff to make your stay in New Orleans a great experience!

Pros: Friendly staff, nice gym, quiet, good options for cafes and restaurants in the property, rooms have Nespresso and nice toilettries. Cons: Basic king room is very small and decor felt more like Grandma style than historic and charming, bathroom uncomfortably tiny, overall felt very claustrophobic.

The best experience ever ! Offered water on our way out by Kobe, beignets on arrival. Marshall in the lobby and Bertilia gave us suggestions on where to shop! Chrisha upgraded our room and suggested things to do! Lived the green lobby lighting !
