DO NOT TRY TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEY SELL THEIR ROOMS TO A THIRD PARTY BOOKING COMPANY THAT WILL NOT LET YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES. IT IS A HUGE TRAP. FRONT DESK MANAGER IS INDIFFERENT AND UNABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE. I have stayed at this hotel before, and recommended to friends and family, BUT NO MORE.

One of the most amazing stays in New Orleans - been a frequent visitor but haven’t had this kind of service attention to detail and all out hospitality… Sadly after the stay had some issue with my stay credits and not applied properly.. I called 3 times and finally Luca from Front Desk resolved the issue and was very apologetic and sincere- wish the earlier two people I spoke to in the weeks right after the stay had taken the initiative to resolve the issue… definitely shows they truly care about their customers … Definitely on my list of returning hotels to stay in… the food choices are limited but definitely worth trying during your stay.. the bar has the most amazing cocktails and it’s stones throw from all aspects that Nola offers… Also thank you concierge team for helping me celebrate with my partner..

The Roosevelt New Orleans is more than gorgeous luxury hotel, it's a NOLA landmark. It has prime location, a beautiful Art Deco lobby, incredible restaurants, and the iconic Sazerac Bar- I loved the Gin Fizz! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy beds. The staff enveloped us in southern hospitality; we felt immersed in the New Orleans from the moment we arrived.

Beautiful hotel, great service! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Had dinner one night at the Fountain Lounge and everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised with the huge outdoor pool deck, which is hard to come by in a city hotel! Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.
