Great service and stay! This hotel is a hidden gem. The lobby and creek are great! We love grabbing a night cap at the bar with Ashley. And special shouts to Shawn for his hospitality around the property.

"Cute on the outside, not as nice in the rooms"

We stayed at The Ozarker Lodge for a couple of nights while visiting Branson. The lobby and creek outdoor area are amazing. So cute and every detail was thought of. I do agree with other reviews about the room. We had the double queen with bunk beds and it was just too small for our family. There is very little extra space in the room. The air conditioner, while cold, is very loud. The room was very humid and everything felt damp. The room had a wet, musty smell and there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. We noticed that when we arrived to our room that the two bunk beds sheets and pillows were not changed from previous guest. There were stains on the one bed and we had to request new sets of bedding. They were able to provide them but we had to change them out. Overall this is a very cute hotel but we will try somewhere else next time.

"I wanted to like it…but."

‘A’ for effort but it’s not worth the price at all. Cons: Rooms are extremely small. Bump into each other constantly small. Rug on the floor was disgustingly dirty so it was a ‘no bare feet on the floor’ type of place. Pool was extremely tiny and was packed. Was extremely uncomfortable and felt dirty if I’m being honest. Other reviews mentioned how dark the rooms are when the curtain is down during the day and they were right. Felt like a dimly lit spare room in someone’s basement. Cost. Way too much for what you are getting. They’ve tried hard but at the end of the day it’s still an old hotel with some refreshes and it shows. Pros: The lobby area was very nice. Decent location. I really wanted to like it but it fell below acceptable standards for my family and I so we won’t be returning.
