Matthew the bellman at The London West Hollywood absolutely made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. He handled our luggage quickly and with care, but what really stood out was his attitude—genuinely friendly, upbeat, and eager to help with anything we needed. Matthew went above and beyond by offering great local recommendations and making sure we were comfortable and taken care of every time we came and went. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their role, and it truly elevates the entire hotel experience. If you’re staying at The London, you’ll know you’re in good hands the second you meet Matthew. A true asset to the hotel—5 stars all the way.

Really great stay at The London West Hollywood. Top location, easy to walk around, and not far from everything. The staff was excellent — very friendly, professional, and super helpful. Special thanks to the valet parking team and the reception staff, who were outstanding. Everything we asked for was done perfectly. The room was fantastic — super spacious, very well decorated, with a nice minibar, small kitchen counter, great wardrobes, a large beautiful bathroom, and a lovely balcony with a beautiful downtown view. The only point to improve, in my opinion, is the breakfast concept. Breakfast was included, but the selection felt a little limited, while extra payable items were offered at the same time. In this price range, that feels a little unusual. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience and will come back for sure

I don't write reviews very often. Generally something has to be particularly good (or bad) for me to do so and my recent visit to London West Hollywood was a great experience. Everyone (valet, front desk personnel, wait staff and housekeeping) was genuinely friendly and helpful. Our suite with two full baths and two balconies was amazing and the location of the hotel was hip and convenient. Thank you for a truly enjoyable stay!
