Besides an excellent location in west Hollywood, the service here is amazing. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The rooftop pool has a great view with delicious cocktails and food. It's also not ridiculously priced - I thought our 5 day stay was a true value for the excellence we experienced. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic roof top pool. Very friendly staff with impeccable service . Breakfast is poor and I’ve never been charged for cappuccino before when brekkie included . Rooms are decent size but need a lick of paint and parts are very dusty. Hotel is in a perfect location . All in all it’s a very nice hotel and good value. Paint the rooms white would improve decor esp as other parts of hotel are fresh.

Second stay at this property and it was another pleasure. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door where assistance was provided with our luggage. Check-in was extremely fast and I was in my room in minutes. Stayed on the 9th floor and had excellent balcony views of downtown LA and the Sunset Strip. The room is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The greatest minibar of any hotel I ever stayed- fully stocked with non-alcoholic beverages, beer, mixers, top-shelf liquor and snacks. They even have phone charging cords available for purchase. Housekeeping is the best as I enjoyed returning to my room daily to find it spotless and organized. The rooftop pool area is amazing with incredible views of the city. The bar is a great spot to grab an appetizer and the cocktails are amazing. Over the entire property is well staffed and everyone could not be more pleasant and professional. Every area is extremely clean and spotless. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My partner and I had a really nice three day stay here. The team are very accommodating with our late arrival. Everyone from the front desk to the valet were very kind and friendly unfortunately breakfast at the Boxwood restaurant Was married by less than expected standard quality service – it was very slow and the servers were not particularly friendly or helpful. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The room was beautiful with a fantastic outlook and also very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here, however wouldn’t advise paying extra for breakfast.

We did a quick weekend getaway with my twin teens booked a larger double queen room with a balcony. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast in the morning with the best bagels ever. I like how close the location is to The Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and all of the action. It would be nice if the overnight parking fee wasn’t so high. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will be booking again.
