The London is a top notch experience. Having hosted a handful of events here for work over the years, there is always something cool happening at this hotel. Wrap parties. Press junkets. Gifting suites. It's a place to be seen! It could benefit from some restoration in some areas, but you'll hardly notice because the staff is really a first class bunch. They treat you like royalty the second you arrive, which I guess is somewhat implied in the name. You might wait a minute in the valet since it's quite small, but you will be distracted by the Rolls Royce next to you and the stunning couple on their way to some exclusive gathering. Every employee encounter was memorable, from valet to front desk staff, all were generally welcoming and kind. Highly recommend! It's a beautiful little tucked away treasure.

Booked using AmEx Rewards points and well worth it. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and stylish. I loved the large bathroom and the wet room with a shower head at each end plus a hand wand, but I would prefer a door on the shower so the floor is not soaked as I step out. Other than that, we really loved this hotel and will definitely consider staying there again, especially when we want easy access to WeHo.

Location could not be better in West Hollywood, as you are bang on the Sunset Strip with The Viper Room and Whiskey-A-Go-Go literally on the same corner The vibe of the hotel is relaxed and cool though it is in need of a little bit of facelift/refresh to bring it back to what its potential could really be. A lick of paint here, some new furniture there - good as new. The room (9th Floor suite) was big compared to regular US hotels - especially NY ones - and well laid out - though there was no separation between the bed area and the living area - so if you want to watch TV while someone wants to sleep - forget it. The bathrooms were big, but were missing a bath and instead had a big twin shower area. Windows were poorly insulated and if you are on the school side, you can hear the playground noise clearly. Service is good with most people smiley and friendly. Clenliness is also good around the hotel and in the rooms. Though mentioned before, breakfast is Continental and anything cooked costs extra. This is a small thing, but makes the hotel seem a little nickle and dimey which is a shame. Overall though, good value for money and I would definitely stay again

This place has everything you need and want. Fantastic staff, extra roomy and clean rooms. The beds are incredible and they can make a mean Boulevardier! Hospitality at its finest. Will be our go to place to stay in LA moving forward.
