I did a conference stay of four nights plus an extra night that I paid out of my pocket. I added a comment to my reservations that I would like the same room throughout the stay if possible. I was assured that this would be handled during checkin. During checkin I got a room for all days, I asked not to pay anything extra, but the clerk snuck in a paid upgrade to my conference room which I learned during checkout. The upgrade was that I had a standard small room, but with view to the pool, which really was a joke. Thankfully, a manager took off the upgrade charge. The room was ok, but you could tell that the rooms are not serviced a lot: - The nightstand charger was unplugged - The outlets at the desk were broken - There was trash in the drawers - The safe was locked. I would have to order the hotel locksmith to open it so I could use it. Overall, my verdict is that you can use the hotel if you get a really good deal, but be extra careful with billing as they might sneak in charges differently than what they tell you.

We stayed here 4 nights. We used their kiosk to check in and check out so the process was fast. Otherwise there is a long queue to check in person. Our first night at District 1, the air conditioner was loud but we checked out the following morning for a tour so we didn't say anything. Our next stay, we had a room in District 2 that also had a loud air conditioner every time it started back up. Since we were staying 2 more nights, we did let them know. Dory was nice and gave us a different room in District 3, and this time the air conditioner was quiet. The only issue with switching a room is we had to check out and have our luggage stored at the bell desk, then we had to return by 4pm but no later than 7pm to get the room card. She did apologize for the inconvenience and gave us a room with a refrigerator. We didn’t know a refrigerator was an option but we were just glad she gave us a room with a quiet air conditioner. Overall, we had a good stay and the location is great.

"Good for Location but Wouldn’t Stay Again"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

The hotel itself for location is excellent with direct access to the Promenade and Strip however, when using our shower the drain would release an awful smell (like sulfur dioxide) which would spread to the entire room and didn’t disappear when we came back hours after being out. We reported this to staff at reception immediately as it was horrible and we were told a plumber would see to it that day, it wasn’t sorted. We went back to reception the next morning and a plumber did then investigate but it was not fixed and no member of staff followed up with us to check if it had been fixed and if we were happy, we never once received an apology either. By the time this all occurred we felt there was no point in issuing it again to staff due to the hassle / negligence and it approaching the end of our holiday. The staff we encountered at the casino tables within the hotel were also very rude / unapproachable to the extent that we decided to spend our time / money in the casinos elsewhere.

"A great stay."

On arrival at the hotel we needed to go to desk and the excellent Chastity sorted everything out she’ s a real credit to the hotel. We had booked in district 3 and our 12th floor room was clean, bright with good storage space. A roomy bathroom too. We had to unplug the fridge it got a little noisy when trying to sleep. There was a glimpse of the sphere from the window which faced Harrahs and car park. Easy to get around the hotel with different exits depending on where you were going. Busy tables, choice of eateries and a disco dance floor at front bar.
