Ken and his team always do a great job! Friendly service, clean, comfortable and updated rooms, nice bar area which extends outside ( food options are really good), and nice fitness room. Highly recommend. About a 2- 3 min drive to downtown napa.

42nd Anniversary stay at The Knoll Hotel was 5-Star. 5 - Ms Jennifer greeted us with a Smile; Assisted and Accommodated us with Our Room Request. Gentleman, Mr Ken or Mr Diego, beard with glasses Assisted with Room Entry. Thank you. 5 - Acknowledged Silver Level and Treated 1st Class. 5 - Room was Clean & Quiet with a Rustic Motif 5 - Bed was Dreamy and Comfy 5 - Bathroom was CLEAN with Hot Water in seconds! 5 - The Knoll Team treated us with Anniversary Gift. 5 - Downstairs amenities: TV w/Fireplace, Seating and Game Boards were idea. Within 5-10 mile radius to Premium Outlets, Downtown Napa, St Pierre Massage and Spa, Brown Estate Winery, Celadon Restaurant in Napa Mills District. Great Job! Knoll Team. & Thank You!

Visited in September 2024. We travelled with another couple, friends trip planned since Feb 2024 (hotel was still called Cambria Hotel, before being a Hilton). We loved the rooms, very clean, good lobby area to hang out for a drink. In Napa you’l’ need a car for everything, this hotel was conviniently located for the wineries we chose to go. My previous trip to Napa had been 14 years before, hotel costs have increased a lot since then. This was a good cost/benefit. Cons: the breakfast service didn’t exist. There was just 1 server trying to wait in all the tables, we were in a peak season (Sept), so for sure that would not work out. After being seated for 10 min she didn’t come close to our table so we left for the Starbucks nearby (200 meters). Apart from that, the hotel is very good, we’d stay there again.

Nice, modern hotel. 2-minute walk to La Cheve restaurant with great Mexican food. There is nearby shopping center that is also walking distance with a few chain restaurants. We had a room that faced the inner courtyard. Other rooms supposedly faced a RV park. Service was good. Hot tub but no pool.

Was thinking 4, maybe 4-1/2 stars but decided to grade up on a curve 😆! First, the lobby was very nice, and the front desk was very gracious. The room looked great to me, well organized and very clean. We had a 2 room suite with king size bed. Well laid out. Bathroom likewise and here comes the 1/2 star ding which isn't cause I ended up giving it 5 bucks anyways. The shower was large and looked good, easily fit 2 but the water pressure - the water did come down... 🤦🏻‍♂️. Ain't no one gonna mistake this for a rain shower experience. Wife thought maybe the pressure didn't quite make it up to the 4th floor. Whatever.. But other than that, I thought it was a great stay. All my interactions with hotel staff was positive. Good location. All thumbs up, but man...if only the shower water pressure was more downpour instead of sprinkle 😫...
