The hotel was lovely and clean, but the sofa bed does not adequately support an adult sized teen, the bed was horribly uncomfortable.

Wonderful experience. Thanks Mae for the warm welcome and easy check in. Great location, room size and layout. Super clean! Very comfortable bed, linens and awesome pillows! Where can I buy the pillows and linens ; ) I love this hotel and their staff!

I stayed at the Kinney while visiting a nearby relative, as my husband had stayed there a month previously and highly recommended it. Room was cheerfully decorated and all amenities were as described. Service at check-in and check-out was beyond satisfactory. Location was perfect for me for visiting my daughter. I think for a vacation it might be less appropriate, though the beach is a reasonable walk (about a mile). The road it is on is busy (necessitating a move from a street-facing room due to noise). I recommend the coffee shop Paisita a short walk away--the staff and decor are warm and inviting and breakfast was excellent. Abbott Kinney is around the corner, with lots of shopping and restaurants, both funky and upscale.

We had such a great stay at The Kinney. It is in a great location, very close to the airport and beach. There is parking on site which is very convenient too. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and the service was great.
