"Hotel portion awesome"

First off, the hotel staff is awesome. There are no other words to describe them. Now for the outright obvious prostitution after midnight, that's up to you to decide if you mind that sort of activity. It is as blatant as the slot machines. i don't know when Caesars decided to allow that sort of element to be so obvious, but someone must be getting a kickback.

"Staff and Property Amazing!"

I hesitate to write this review because I would like to keep this hidden gem a secret for myself! But we have stayed here many times and we every single time has been awesome! They have amazing staff. We were particularly impressed with our cocktail waitress Natalie! Even when it’s been a long time since we’ve been back, she remembers us and our orders and some detail about what we had last chatted about! I love this property, its staff, its location, and everything offered and provided here. A serious hidden gem!!

"Great service from Robert!! Love Vegas"

Great service from the bartender, Robert. Made delicious espresso martinis and made a great recommendation for my husband who is a whiskey drinker. He also taught us how to use the gambling machines at the bar when he had a chance since he was so busy. Loved it and definitely will be back to see him!

"I would describe the rooms at the Crowwell as, "tired" and in need of attention."
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

As recent as 2018 the Cromwell was a great property to stay at on the Vegas Strip. A fantastic location with a small, but desirable gaming area. Fast forward to 2025 and the hotel is showing its age since its last update. For the price you pay here, ($169.00 per night BEFORE the resort fee and taxes are applied) make this a disappointing choice, especially given they are under the Ceasar's Umbrella of properties. The first signs of the deferred maintenance are your trip in the elevator. It is scratched up and very worn in appearance. The halls to the rooms are quite cool. I love the lighting and the verbiage on the walls. When you first walk in the room gives off a very unique, but dark vibe. Once you turn the lights on you start to see the lack of cleaning and the worn state of everything. Deeply scratched floors, furniture, a missing light cover, peeling paint on the shower head might be expected at a one- or two-star hotel, but when you pay for and are expecting a top not room on the strip, you will not get it here. This fact disappointed me. It was recently released that the Cromwell will be taking on a new name via Lisa Vanderpump. I am sure once those changes take place this will once again be a great hotel stay option, but until then I would select another resort for your upcoming Vegas stay. Two thumbs down here.
