The Broadway Theatre, which has hosted long-running shows such as Evita, Miss Saigon, South Pacific, and Fiddler on the Roof, is just an eight-minute walk away.

The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Guest rooms and suites are well-equipped with HDTV, a mini-refrigerator, on-demand movies, a work desk, a hairdryer, an in-room safe, and Apotheke bath amenities. Suites even offer a living room for added space and comfort.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Valet parking is available for USD 95 per day. Self-parking is not available. The EV charging station is nearby, around 0.2 miles from the property.

There are so many hotels in Times Square. It can be overwhelming when trying to pick one. This was my first time staying at this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. The property was very modern and appeared to be newly updated. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Really nice hotel in an excellent location. Friendly staff on the check in desk and rooms were gorgeous- huge comfy bed, great views, fridge and coffee machine, spotless and a nice sized bathroom with toiletries. We were in the room right next to the gym which was handy for us as we used it. However, as it’s 24 hours, people were coming and going all night and we heard the door close/slam most times not to mention inconsiderate guests walking to it whilst talking. Would probably ask for a move if stayed on this floor again. Also, if using the room tax allowance in the shop/restaurant, don’t use the self scan tills as it won’t come off your room allowance and you have to pay. We were told two different things from 2 different members of staff. One being a woman too lazy to walk to the till for us so we’re charged to our room. A few days after arriving home we saw that an extra $400 had been charged to our credit card. We had to phone them and send a few emails to get it back as we had already paid for our room tax. It was unnecessary stress. I’m torn between staying here again due to the lovely rooms and location but also unsure due to a couple of little things that let it down such as the staff and extra payment.

We stayed overnight for my daughter’s birthday and her first NYC trip. The check-in and check out were easy. The shower was perfect with a mirror that I hooked my Spotify up to and jammed out to Christmas music. The TV allowed me to login to my Disney account for the girls. The view from the 46th floor was fun. The fridge made pumping on the go a breeze. But the real treat was how comfortable the beds were, it was the best night sleep I’ve had in a while. Also it’s right across the street from Serendipity 3, which was yummy. And our stay included $35 voucher for the cafe which we used for breakfast a breakfast burrito and fruit cups, it was delicious. The staff were kind and children friendly. Even giving me a banana for my daughter at breakfast and helping me carry the food back to where we were sitting. The Christmas decorations were beautifully done and made the stay extra special. When I asked the girls their favorite part of our trip they said the hotel. Thank you for all you do that made our stay so special.

Would give zero starts if possible. Hotel allocated me to a room which was not cleaned (and likely still occupied by someone), after asking $250 for an early check-in fee. Moved to another room (a suite) with the condition to change in the next morning to the booked category. Manager calls me while I was resting in the afternoon to say I had to move rooms. I explained the situation and was told to move early morning. Moved to new room and at night, the curtains wouldn’t close. Called the front desk and rude associate had no interest to prioritize the request. Horrible service and terrible maintenance conditions.

I travel for a living & have stayed at many great hotels. Our stay at Tempo in Time Square has taken the #1 place in my book! Our room had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were very clean and furnished beautifully. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and attentive. I stopped by the front desk a few times and was fortunate to have Lila help me. She was patient and addressed my concerns with sincere hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back to stay here again.
