The Broadway Theatre, which has hosted long-running shows such as Evita, Miss Saigon, South Pacific, and Fiddler on the Roof, is just an eight-minute walk away.

The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Guest rooms and suites are well-equipped with HDTV, a mini-refrigerator, on-demand movies, a work desk, a hairdryer, an in-room safe, and Apotheke bath amenities. Suites even offer a living room for added space and comfort.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

From the very beginning of my stay, her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care were evident in every interaction. She doesn’t just manage the hotel — she elevates the entire guest experience. Jenny consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was attentive, proactive, and always one step ahead, anticipating needs before they were even expressed. No matter how busy she was, she took the time to personally check in, resolve any concerns immediately, and make sure every detail was handled with care and precision. The hotel's location is Superb. Walking distance to all important Broadway attractions. Rooms are small but very clean and modern. However, we arrived early from the airport and realized it would cost us $75 to check in earlier than 4pm. we did check in and provide our Cc, then left until check in time. Arrived 1.5 hrs after check in time and were forced to line up for check in a long line for a second time. Unfortunately, a front desk guy named Zae, who has no business working in customer service, was extremely rude to us, simply because he was unwilling or unable to handle a simple reservation for 3 rooms that should've been resolved when we first checked in. A manager named Natasha had to get involved to complete our transactions and give us our room keys 2 hours after check in time. He absolutely put a sour note on our stay.

Such an excellent experience at this hotel and can’t wait to come back. We were really nervous because of the bad reviews we read on here but I think people should take this up with the company they booked travel with. We booked with BA who did not tell us about the additional charges but thanks to others we were informed. We also had NO issues receiving our deposit back promptly. Excellent location, quiet, beautiful clean room (we were on 36 floor). Lots of lifts so no waiting to get up to your room. Lovely polite staff, didn’t even make us feel bad about not tipping to store our luggage on last day. We ate elsewhere (west way diner each day for an authentic experience) so can’t comment on restaurant but I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Very happy customers!
