The Broadway Theatre, which has hosted long-running shows such as Evita, Miss Saigon, South Pacific, and Fiddler on the Roof, is just an eight-minute walk away.

The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Guest rooms and suites are well-equipped with HDTV, a mini-refrigerator, on-demand movies, a work desk, a hairdryer, an in-room safe, and Apotheke bath amenities. Suites even offer a living room for added space and comfort.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Valet parking is available for USD 95 per day. Self-parking is not available. The EV charging station is nearby, around 0.2 miles from the property.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The hotel accepts dogs only, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. There is a fee of USD 100 + tax per night. "Double charge after cash payment – hotel ignores all my emails"

I had a very disappointing experience at Tempo by Hilton Times Square during my stay (July 30 – August 4, 2025). At check-out on August 4, I paid $205 in cash, and I have the official receipt. Nevertheless, on August 6, the hotel made two unauthorized charges on my credit card: • €175.61 • €174.12 After several complaints, I only received one partial refund (€172.87 credited on August 11). The second refund is still missing, despite the fact that I have: • Sent the official cash payment receipt multiple times • Provided copies of my bank statements showing the charges • Followed up repeatedly with both the hotel and Hilton Guest Assistance To this day (5 September 2025 ), the hotel has ignored all my emails.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Tempo. Check in was flawless, room was immaculate with all the mod cons including Bluetooth mirror, wireless charging, mood lightings and smart TV. We never used the restaurant, so cannot comment on that part of the hotel. All staff seemed friendly. We had an issue with our mini fridge and I was able to live chat with reception via the Hilton Honors app.. they were so helpful and sent someone from maintenance straight away and sorted it there and then! Even the lifts were pretty cool. No long waits for lifts during busy periods. The one thing that let the stay down was when we went to collect the luggage we had stored. The location was away from reception, no one had told us we needed to go back to reception to get them to grab it for us. We went to the door… left unattended and open! There were staff members around but no one came to help. We could see our bags so grabbed them ourselves as needed to get to the airport. Then a member of staff comes in and yells at us like we’re school children for going inside the storage area unattended. Maybe he should have been minding the area to begin with! We were not impressed by this. We would suggest locking up the area due to it being in the restaurant area and anybody could pick up anyone’s luggage!

Great hotel, a quality product. The rooms were very nicely done, lots of modern finishing touches and nice decor. Exceptionally clean and nice amenities. Great view from the 23rd floor and you could not hear street noise considering the proximity to Times Square Most staff were very friendly, a particular mention for Tammy on the front desk who was super helpful! Breakfast is a slightly odd set up, your order at a kiosk and it’s served in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery- not what I would expect from a full service hotel.. it definitely encourages guests to eat out.
