The Broadway Theatre, which has hosted long-running shows such as Evita, Miss Saigon, South Pacific, and Fiddler on the Roof, is just an eight-minute walk away.

The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Guest rooms and suites are well-equipped with HDTV, a mini-refrigerator, on-demand movies, a work desk, a hairdryer, an in-room safe, and Apotheke bath amenities. Suites even offer a living room for added space and comfort.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Valet parking is available for USD 95 per day. Self-parking is not available. The EV charging station is nearby, around 0.2 miles from the property.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The hotel accepts dogs only, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. There is a fee of USD 100 + tax per night. First time in a Tempo and won’t be my last. Warm welcome. Decent daily credit due to my Diamond HHonors status, decent sized room by NYC standards, clean, modern and whilst the view wasn’t great, this was a place to sleep so we weren’t worried about that. Decent sized bathroom and shower with amenities. Room had a safe and even had a hand held iron steamer. Good strong WiFi too. There was a nice restaurant and bar downstairs serving nice cocktails and whilst we didn’t eat there, an extensive menu. The lay out is a little odd as reception requires a lift to the 11th floor. Then you need to get in another lift to get to your guest floor. There’s a small shop with snacks, drinks and personal items downstairs. The room seemed to have decent noise insulation as despite the noisy NYC streets, and volume of guest rooms, it was peaceful enough. Location is 50/50 for me personally. It’s amazing in terms of literally being less than a minutes walk from Times Square but this also means it’s just so, so busy. A block or twos walk soon brings you to lots of familiar sites and you’re in a good central location for Manhattan. Overall, I was super happy with this hotel, the staff were friendly and the location was central, if a little busy for me personally. One minor point was the windows in the restaurant were filthy. That’s a crime when the view is Times Square. Literally could see out of them! Not a deal breaker but given the windows in the restaurant/bar are huge, it’s a shame.

Family of four. The views of Times Square are fabulous. Central to Times Square and the subways, empire state 5 minutes away. Central Park 10 minute walk. Unfortunately neither British airways website and Hilton website mentioned the $100 per night hold fee they put on your card on arrival. This seems to vary across different hotels in New York. On leaving you are charged the $34.99+tax resort fee but you do get to use the $10 per day in the hotel Rooms are small which i hear is generally the case in New York. The room was cleaned and tidied each day. The clothes steamer in the room was fabulous. This particular hotel doesn’t provide bottles of water in your room so you need to source your own. They do have paper cups and a fountain downstairs as they advise that they aim to be an eco friendly hotel. All the staff are all really friendly with the exception of the young lady on check out who simply asked for our room cards and said it’s all done. There was no ‘how was your stay with us?’ or even a smile which most hotels ask on check out.

The valet John really helped me and my dad out when our car got a flat tire. He let us use his compressor. He helped us find a tire place that was open on 4th of July. He was also helpful with telling us where certain places were when we couldn’t find them. Really nice guy! Infinity stars to him! Thanks John!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the most part. The room was clean, the location is convenient if you want to be literally steps away from Times Square. The staff were generally friendly. However, I was disappointed to be told there would be a $50 fee for checking out just one hour late. Check out is noon and our prearranged transportation was picking us up at 12:59 to be exact. Many hotels offer a one hour grace period as a courtesy, especially when asked in advance. I can understand the housekeeping side of it but our room was never cleaned before 3:00. Just something to consider if your flight is later in the day.
