Sunrise Ridge is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, and just a few miles from Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the national park itself. You can lose yourself in nature’s wonder from your balcony or one of the resort’s three swimming pools. At Sunrise Ridge, there are no bad seats from which to watch a sunrise or sunset, see the fog that gives the Smokies their name, and enjoy the colors.

Of course, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a must. Enjoy camping, hiking, and rafting in the warmer months, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and some of the most spectacular scenery found anywhere all year long. Live entertainment abounds, too, in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, where you can choose from a variety of shows, sip a bit of mountain moonshine, or visit the Hollywood Wax Museum.

Notice: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A $200 security deposit is due at check-in, and must be made on a major credit card. Cash and Pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. This amount is pre-authorized and will be released back after check out. A $11 plus tax nightly resort fee plus tax is added to your stay and due upon arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Minimum age for check-in is 21. All fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

"Spring Break Vacation"

Everyone had a frat time in the hot tub and the pool. Once we found our way around everything was close to the resort which made it very convenient.

I took my teenage son on a spring break trip and stayed 3 nights. The location is very convenient once you find the resort. One of the buildings was under renovation and we didn't use the pool due to the time of year. The unit was clean, had working gas logs and a beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed in one of the 3 bedroom "pedestal" cabins and everything was remarkable. The cabin was clean and the staff were exceptional. We understand that the property is undergoing renovation but that did not diminish our overall experience at all. The fitness center was not available but I was able to use the gym at the community facility as a 5-day guest and the resort reimburse me the full cost of the temporary membership.

The design of the grounds and landscape maintenance is always pleasing, and the location gives great views/vistas that doesn't feel like your less that 5 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. During this stay there was significant renovation to one of the main buildings.

We had a newly renovated two bedroom condo on the third floor overlooking the pool and it was wonderful. Accommodations were clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. Would certainly return and recommend to others.
