"Gorilla selling tactics"

At check in we were sent to the concierge desk for a "gift". We were offered $150 to spend at Silver Dollar City if we would take a tour of the resort. We agreed to take the tour. What actually happened was: we had to spend 3 hours listening to Diamond Properties salespeople try to sell us memberships to their travel company. They wouldn't take no for an answer, they had 4 people involved trying to sell us. The price for their membership was $59,000.00
The room however was very nice

Tip: Don't waste your time with their tour

It was better than I expected! Our family of 6 stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and we had PLENTY of space to cook meals, eat dinner, hang out and sleep. Our kids loved all 3 of the pools and the miniature golf course was a fun option as well. The jacuzzi bath was an excellent way to finish my day after Silver Dollar City. When we go back, this is the only place we will stay!

Our room was on the third floor and over looked the river. It was beautiful. We didn't participate in events at the resort, because we had tickets to do other things. The 2 bedroom condo was nice and clean and beautiful. Both bath tubs were jaccuzis. The air conditioner froze up and the room was 80 degrees. With a call to the front desk maintenance fixed it and the room was cooled down within 2 hours. The people at the check in was awesome and so was security who escorted us to our room.

Tip: Be prepared to climb stairs. Many fun activities available at the resort so you don't have to leave.

Front desk employees were really nice, especially Eri Williams. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and clean...except for the window seal. We noticed a mold growing on the bedroom window when we opened the blinds. It was nice to have washer/dryer, but it was outbalanced and would make really loud noise especially during spin. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, pots, pans, etc., and they are of very good quality. All other appliances were running fine. The window, though, doesn't have curtains, it has blinds, but you can still see lights outside or lights from vehicles passing would shine through. We can also hear outside noises. Overall, the area was nice, parking space is not a problem. The Christmas decorations around the facilities were beautiful.

Tip: This is a timeshare place, so be prepared to be asked about attending, but you can always say no if you are not interested and conceirge employees are very nice.

Suites tried to help but Reserve Branson failed to reserve a handicapped accessible suite. The campus was like staying in an anthill. Staff were good and only pushed a little on the condo sales. Reserve Branson totally failed.

Tip: If you have disability issues do not use Reserve Branson for anything.
