This hotel, just off the New Jersey Turnpike, is approximately 15 miles from downtown Philadelphia. Both Campbell Soup and Panasonic have offices that are less than 10 miles from Staybridge Suites-Philadelphia/Mount Laurel. The Cherry Hill Mall is estimated at eight minutes away.

It has a tennis court and an indoor pool. A breakfast buffet is served every morning. The bright, airy suites at Staybridge Suites-Philadelphia/Mount Laurel have cable TV and free WiFi. We stayed in one of the updated and renovated rooms on the third floor. They did a beautiful job with the renovations! The bed was more comfortable and the couch was bigger and more comfortable. I appreciate the addition of the mirrors in the bedrooms!

"Waste of money and Disgusting dirty rooms"

Horrible experience, they claim they are doing renovations for the past couple of years now, yet it is so dirty!! A huge spit wad was on a door. Carpets were so dirty and stained. Hair in the shower . Broken doors and knobs. The bed was dirty. And the closet smelled of cat urine. I was staying with a family of 5, we had a suite with two rooms and a pull out bed. We got in late and there was no bedding for the pullout couch. I called to the front desk but there was no answer. I called multiple times. I then walked to the front and there was music blasting from the managers office. I yelled multiple times for help. Finally Jordan the front desk manager open the door and just said what. He was reluctant to help me, he basically threw the bedding at me. I said thank you and he did not reply . I inquired about canceling my future days because I was worried about bed bugs since someone else reported they had them and the overall uncleanliness of the place. I was told I could not be reimbursed. He went back into the office and slammed the door. I requested to speak to the main manager Melissa and was told she was too busy to call me back until Thursday. That happened to be the day we left and was 4 days in the future. Melissa ended up refusing to talk to me. This was such a horrible experience for my family. I advise you to stay elsewhere!!

Think twice before you stay at this hotel, it was very dirty and smelled like there was a dead rodent in our room. More importantly, it had homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Therefore, this created a major concern regarding my family's safety since they did not have security guards in the hotel or parking lot. We cut our evenings short to make sure we were back in our rooms early. For the amount I paid, I wish we had stayed elsewhere this was not a good experience. I did receive a call from the manager that basically tried to brush it under the rug. Now I'm being advised the homeless looking person was waiting for a money transfer. If this is Staybridge Suites brand, I will never stay at their hotel again.

The atmosphere was surreal at the Staybrdige Suties, breakfast and weekly dinners amazing. The staff were always looking out for my team and visiting friends. April, Lily, and managers gave me the quietest room, took my fed ex packages and arranged tours to Phillies Games and Palmyra sailing club. The BBQ area and outside lounge was a great hang out after a long day at the office.
