Located right in the heart of Manhattan, across the street from Saks Fifth Avenue, half a mile from Rockefeller Center.

"Absolute SCAM!!! Bait and switch! No support."

Absolutely avoid at all costs. I got hit with the bait and switch! Booked a cruise on a 2 level catamaran with full bar and restaurant but arrived to a stupid water taxi with 0 amenities. I called and emailed and txt for help and have still heard 0 back. About to cc chargeback the trip if I don’t hear back soon.

"Key West bus tour, Never do business with this company"

We arrived early at the pickup point but the bus never showed up. The phone number on our booking confirmation was only for a recording, and there was no response to many emails. It ruined our day and we were beyond disappointed. Never ever do business with this company!
