The worst hotel I ever visited infested with bugs super rude staff. After noticing so many bugs I took pictures so I can show the hotel staff on the morning of 07/30/2025 I showed the staff which had 3 people in the front desk. As I showed them one of the staff members said those are not bugs then I asked what is it then he Litterly said god knows what they are and laughed . I was like what ? Are you series he said those are fake bugs you planted in there so you can take pictures I asked for a manager and I said i didn’t want to speak to him anymore lady in red hair who was already there stepped up and said she’s a manager I made a complaint about the Staff member who I had spoke to her response was that he was joking . She did not offer any help at all I asked what number can I call she said our number so I left and said alright I’ll call in later when I was in my car leaving I noticed I had the room number keys still with me so I went back to Return them I said here is the keys and walk away as I’m walking away she said thank you for your stay I said thank you do the bugs she proceeded to yell out we don’t have bugs then I said yes yall do and I will post them in the hotels review she ran out after me keep in mind I was already outside and started screaming sir do you have a personal problem with me ? She kept yelling I feel like you have a personal problem with me I told her no she was outside looking crazy Because of the way she was as screaming I felt so uncomfortable I got in my car and left worst staff I have ever encountered I don’t know what was worst the hotel bugs or the staff I wish I could add videos here because I have a nasty video of all the dirty bugs they had in that room nasty hotel nasty staff if you think about booking here you’re better off sleeping outside

ZHANNA was a very good host. Awesome location and place to stay. I would recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel, you will not regret it.

The staff here is truly top-notch and the main reason I keep coming back. I often travel to Boca for work, and the hotel’s location—paired with their outstanding customer service—makes the trip feel far less stressful. Jana and the rest of the staff consistently go above and beyond to make each stay comfortable and seamless.

I booked this hotel for a quick work trip, but I didn’t even make it through the night. From the moment I walked in, I got an odd, uncomfortable vibe. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe in the lobby or walking through the hallways to my room. The room itself was very small, poorly maintained, and not clean—especially the bathroom. It felt old and overdue for a full renovation. I knew right away this wasn’t somewhere I could stay. I called the front desk to check out almost immediately, and thankfully, the staff member was incredibly understanding and kind. They didn’t charge me for the stay, which I really appreciated. I ended up booking a room at another Marriott nearby, which was a much better experience. I’m grateful for the helpful staff, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until major updates are made—especially for solo female travelers.

Our stay was very nice, front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful, specially Elizabeth she is very kind and professional, explain everything that i needed to know Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable accommodate a late check out as well
