The SLS hotel is an extraordinary place to visit or stay. I have done both, a few times! I went there recently with my partner, just to hangout and enjoy the pool and rooftop restaurant. We spent the whole day there dipping in and out of the pool and enjoying delicious food when hunger struck! Being vegan, the staff either accommodated us with vegan creations, or they pointed us to the vegan options on the menu. All the food was delicious! The staff goes above and beyond! They treated us with attentiveness and kindness throughout our entire day at the pool. Thank you so much to Tatiana, Juan, Gio, all the poolside waitrons, hosts, and bartenders, as well as the Dining Manager, Trevor. And a special thank you to Bethlehem for the extra special care you gave us! You all helped make our daytime poolside stay a memorable experience and we can't wait to come back and hang this summer!

Every encounter with a staff member was a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very clean and screams luxury. The rooms are spacious and these PILLOWS I'm on the hunt for them. Food at the restaurant was great. And they even have a shuttle that took me down the street for some easy shopping

Really enjoying our stay here to celebrate my birthday with my husband and kids. Ordered room service and Sebastián was wonderful! Food was great as well. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant last night and Yesenia was our waitress. She was amazing as well, took pictures of us as we ran into her at the exit (we were taking selfies in front of the backdrop). She also brought blankets for the kids during dinner since it was chilly. Looking forward to coming back again.

We had a great stay at the SLS! We were celebrating a birthday and Kaylee surprised us with a complementary bottle of Prosecco and birthday cake slice waiting in our room when we got back from the pool. After that, we went out later that night and when we got back, our nightstands each had a bottled water and a l chocolate. Beyond the excellent customer service, the beds were very comfy and the food/drinks served were all really delicious. I would recommend a stay here!

Jacob at the front desk was an incredible help. I cancelled my original booking, but forgot to rebook for new dates. Jacob helped us find a room on the spot, & gave us exceptional service. We’ll be coming back to SLS this summer for sure! Also, the salmon pancakes is the perfect brunch meal. -RS
