Been season pass holders for years as a family of 6. This will be the last year we get season passes. Last year in the water park we had to intervene when a male and female guest were being verbally aggressive to the female owner. She called for security but they were not timely in their response, we feared it would escalate to physical before they arrived. June 29 2025 a young man took my daughter’s phone as they were exiting the Outlaw. I notified security as they were standing right there. They just stared at me with a look as if to say what am I supposed to do. Being that the park was closing I knew the man could only be headed to the exit. I managed to chase him down and retrieve my daughter’s phone as they were passing the last set of bathrooms by the exit. He was with an older man and woman who I assumed were his grandparents. They admitted that they watched him take the phone but didn’t want to cause a scene. Security had the nerve to come find me and tell me that I can’t confront someone in the park because it interferes with guests experiences. 🙄. I have been back twice and seen the older couple both times each time with different children. I feel they are using the children to steal. Security’s response is the reason we will no longer be season passes holders.

Too many closed rides. The food is outrageously expensive and not good. So is the parking. It needs updated and kept in better condition. No lockers near Hurricane Harbor (water park). Overall, I would recommend having your gun somewhere else.

Great park for over 30 years of visits. We are prestige pass/meal plan/flash pass members and it makes for a really nice experience. We do miss the daily social media posts that were a part of this for a few years- it was always exciting to see the park daily and then get to visit. Overall very nice spot and will always enjoy it!

We visited with a toddler, park was appealing, clean, rides were all running, it was exciting warm Friday in July! She loved the old Story Town houses as an adult it was hard not to notice they were unkept and DIRTY INSIDE but she really enjoyed them. It was nice to see signs that they are going to restore them to their original glamour. The park was not crowded, we did not have to wait in lines which was perfect for a toddler! She was able to go on rides multiple times. The only attendant that was interactive and took the extra steps to show genuine ENTHUSIASM was BENNER, swing ride host. We commended him on doing a great job! One attendant on the school bus ride was passive aggressive and should not be hosting a toddler school bus ride. After several rides, we grabbed lunch, yea the food is overpriced but what makes it worse is the staff, who are barely able to take your order and deliver it pleasantly to the guests. I ordered a $18 chicken sandwich but was advised there was no lettuce or tomato so I got a piece of chicken on a bun and a cup of BBQ sauce, the side salad (had lettuce, haha image that) was very good. Lunch was filling, toddler was happy with her kids meal, we were recharged and headed to the water park, it was getting hot so such a great option! We purchased a mid-sized $18 day locker, pricey! It fit a book bag, a sling bag and small purse. We ventured to explore the water parks, it was more crowded then the ride area of the park but we still found chairs and enjoyed each area for a while, toddler really enjoyed the gorilla swing but being sensory sensitive did not like the very loud alarms in the toddler splash pad area. There were plenty of life guards and they were all attentive and doing exactly what they should be doing. KUDOS! The water park area has so many options and is great. Leaving we visited a couple of the souvenir shops, they are not well lit and LACK APPEAL, they do not create I got get a souvenir atmosphere at all and the item selection is minimal. Saved me money :). All in all, we had a Great Escape and would go back!
