The beds were terrible, no fitted sheets. The hotel staff was rude. When I asked for extra towels they said it would take up to an hour. While I would come to Atlantic City again, I would not stay at Showboat. Also, learn to use a vacuum. The breakfast was nothing to write home about as well. Food selection was sub par. But at the very least vacuum the floors and paint the walls.

This is the biggest ripoff for what is a glorified hostel at best. The rooms are uninhabitable, and there are barely any food service options. The entire hotel smells musty, and the rooms need a complete overhaul. The carpet is old and dirty, the furniture is chipped, the shower curtain is almost transparent. There is no housekeeping. There are no cups for the coffee maker. It's the kind of place you definitely don't want to walk barefoot in your room.

The room was very basic, pillows were smaller then small, there was only 1 place to eat n it wasnt even open 24 hours, there was someones weave on the floor for 2days, i thought i was going to get stuck in elevator numerous times, only good aspect was the water park. Had to go to hardrock or ocean to have fun. Would not come back nor recommend this establishment to anyone.

The room was filthy, mold was in the tub and around the tub. It was burn marks all over the bathroom! Only 1 elevator worked.i had a very bad experience. I will never come back to this resort.filthy room, mold , cracks , outlets didn’t work just nasty especially the bathroom.

Horrible !! First room smelt like smoke.. had to change another one then that one def wasn’t clean.. wouldn’t take my shoes off on rug… the hotel is old and smells and needs a major revamp and cleaning. Beds are from the 80s … Went to the front desk they didn’t care just said do you want another room and did you mess that room at all. I repeatedly told them it needs a cleaning or something to try to get the smoke smell out. They rolled their eyes and said ppl don’t listen not to smoke.. I was suppose to stay Thursday - Saturday and left Friday night bc of my experience.
