"Great Family Fun"

This was an amazing stay for our family! We surprised our kids with the hotel stay on Sunday night since we had appointments in Buffalo early Monday morning. They were so excited! We loved the aquariums by the pool and of course swimming in the pool, the kids loved the elevator rides, dinner at the cafe was good, and the arcade was super fun. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and stress-free. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel and the relaxing atmosphere. I wanted to give a shout-out to Becky Sumbler and Ashley Urbun, who gave us excellent dinner recommendations and helped us enjoy our stay. I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway – we’ll definitely be back!

"First Impression got me back Second Probably wont...."

This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, the service did not meet the level I experienced during my first trip. One staff member I recognized from my previous stay still demonstrated excellent customer service. I arrived later in the evening and requested an upgrade to a room I had seen in the elevator during my last visit. I was advised to contact the front desk in the morning for the upgrade for my final night. When I followed up the next morning, I was informed that the hotel manager required that particular room. Upon checking in my room, I encountered some issues: the TV was not functioning, one of the bedside lamps was broken, and there was an unpleasant situation with the toilet that I took the initiative to clean up, hoping for that requested room the next day. Unfortunately, the requested upgrade did not happen. However, I did receive a new TV on the second day after reporting the issue to the staff. When I was checking out, I asked if my parking fees for the two days could be waived, as they had been covered during my last visit. The desk agent informed me that they couldn't accommodate that request, since the parking lot was city-owned. Despite explaining that my prior experience was different, the agent replied, "I don't know why they did that." Overall, while this hotel is a pleasant establishment and undergoing renovations, there are clearly areas for improvement.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very, very nice property! Felt very safe and secure! Loved the pool and hot tubs. Loved the aquariums, too! Convenient and safe walkway to casino. Good restaurants nearby! Thank you for everything! We will be back!

"Personalized and Efficient Service"

Although this Sheraton has an abundance of rooms, it still feels like a comfortable and friendly boutique setting. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities (including a wide array of toiletries) that you would want. The Marriott staff personalize everything: their service, their feedback from inquiries and follow-up, and even the TV screen which delivers a welcome note with your name on it. I have stayed here several times; it is my definitive go-to hotel for Niagara Falls, NY. Great job, front desk, housekeeping, and facilities staff!
