Originally from this area, it was nice to be back , relax , and jog at the Bay. The service for the main restaurant , as well as snacks, was friendly and excellent . Lots of space in the room , very clean , and easy access to walkways and the bay front,

Best place to stay in San Diego, great location, amazing amenities and the staff are great! It’s definitely a family and pet friendly place. The access to the bay makes it even better. This is our families spot and will continue to be.

"Horrible, many nice hotels in San Diego . NOT THIS ONE"

We just spent 2 nights at the resort and it was horrible. The room was filthy. There was a 2 handfuls of someone elses long black hair on the wall in the shower. They had clearly not cleaned the shower. The toilet seat was sticky. There were black hairs in the sink. There were grey public hairs on the floor. There were huge stains on the curtains. The floor was filthy, it was so dirty I put on socks and within just getting settled in the room they were black. The next day we left the room at 9:30 am and when we returned at 3:30 the room it had not been cleaned. I was told by the housekeeping manager that it was my fault the room was not cleaned as I had the do not disturb on the door until we left at 9:30. WHAT? I was told when they arrive at work to clean at 7am that if you have the do not disturb on your door at that time you will be passed up for cleaning. WHAT? Horrible experience. The housekeeping manager was rude in the aspect of accepting blame for the dirty room. (Our fault!) There are many options in San Diego, look around this place is Motel 6 quality at best. It also has a very large homeless population just 100 yards away. I never do a review but I felt with spending your hard earned money you would want to stay in a place that is at least clean.
